first of all, if you're handicapped or elderly, this place is not for you. The reception desk for this hotel (there are a number of albergo in this building) is up four flights of stairs. The room in Anna's was adequate (not pretty at all and super small) but INCREDIBLY noisy. EVERY street in Florence is a busy one, so...

It would be really unfair not to recommend this hotel. I have NO complaints. On the contrary, nothing but praise for this hotel. Seeing deals and reading the comments of travelers on the net , I expected anything. But all that was said about this hotel is really true. No lies, no deception. The hotel is located in the city...

We stayed at Anna's for 2 nights the last week of November. It is very close to the train station and near to just about everything you'd want to see in Florence. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old Florentine building, which means - no elevators/lifts. The owners were very kind, and although there was no breakfast,...

The Hotel Anna is very close to the train station, within walking distance (about a 10 minute walk), but because of luggage we took a taxi. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor ( 4th if you count the building entry way ground floor), with no lifts. The room was larger than expected and very cozy, with an added...

We had a very clean and comfortable room, modern updated bathroom, air conditioning, internet connection, and perfect location close to all necessities but on a quiet street. Hosts got us reservations to see "David", and served breakfast early when we went off on a day tour. We couldn't have asked for more. And the price was right!!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Florence. Excellent location: 5 mins walk from the Santa Maria Novella Station, 7 mins from the Duomo, on a very quiet street. The rooms are VERY clean, spacious and quiet. You won't believe the hotel has only two stars, but it's really a very good experience! The staff is friendly and...

We were looking for not expensive hotel for our first nights in Italy. The Hotel was in center, not far from the train station in a quiet street. We came late at night. It is better to let them know your arrival hour. The rooms are new and clean above two stars hotels in Europe. This hotel was a big...

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Anna's and really enjoyed it. Claudio, Loretta and Matteo provided excellent customer service and were always ready to be of assistance. The rooms were large enough, very clean and safe. My single room was at the back and I found it very quiet as well. It is only about a 10 minute walk to...

Place is relatively close to the train station walking distance of approximately 10minutes. You have to walk up some stairs to get to the place, I would say two flights of stairs. The building has other hotels(albergo's) as well. I stayed in room 5 which had a balcony, but not really a view. The room was nicely decorated with a...
