Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Reception is on 3rd floor (this is a lift), our room was on 4th floor just up from breakfast area.

I stayed here with my 12 year old son while traveling from New Zealand. The hotel was wonderful, right on the Piazza del Duomo with the Duomo being not 100 meters from the hotel. The staff were really helpful with some excellent advice on local...More
This hotel is clean, comfortable and not overpriced.
The staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.
The best part is the view of the duomo from the bedrooms ... although be ready to be woken up by the bells.
Superb location directly opposite the Duomo. Friendly staff are very helpful. Clean rooms. Breakast is quite simple but reasonable quality.
Beware access would be difficult for wheelchair users as there are a few steps before the (small) lift access.
Easy to find, central, walking distance to everything worth seeing
Nice staff and clean room with character (ac, fresh and roomy bathroom etc.)
A cup of coffee and a breakfast buffet as a great start to an exciting day in Florence

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.

Thank you for your question.
The garage is located in Via del Giglio nr. 24/red, it is not too far from the Hotel, which is in Vicolo degli Adimari nr. 2 (about 5 minutes on foot). You can also drive directly to the Hotel and leave the car in front of the entrance, and then we will call the garage: a driver will come to pick up the car.
We would like to inform you that we are located at the third floor of an old building, and that we have an elevator to reach the third floor, but it is not very big and you have to climb a few steps (about 5) to reach the elevator. We prefer to inform our you advance about this, in case your mother has trouble climbing steps.
