Amazing service — clean rooms — good breakfast — only a few blocks from the train station/tram stop and also the bus depot where many of the tours depart. Only 8-10 blocks from the Accademia where the David statue is. The staff at this hotel was EXTREMELY HELPFUL when my daughter left her phone in our cab. They called the cab company, located the phone, and asked the cab driver to bring the phone back to the hotel. We had a bag delayed and the hotel helped Me call the baggage delivery service to get my bag delivered early am so I could make my train to Venice. They were absolutely amazing, welcoming, and accommodating. I’m a world traveler and William and the two brothers who manage this hotel are the kindest and most appreciative hotel staff that I’ve ever met. There is a shop across the street for electronic converters, headphone adapters, toiletries, tape, etc. there are cafes and restaurants in the area. Street vendors are only 2 blocks away. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was the best hotel I've stayed in. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff are friendly and did everything we asked of them. The choice at breakfast was great and fresh coffee was made for us as soon as we sat down. All attractions are within walking distance. I also recommend heading to Fuocco Matto for an amazing dinner during your stay.

Nice and pleasant family hotel close to everything. I have found this on the internet and booked directly at the hotel site. The price was completely acceptable and good price for the value. The hotel is 10-15 min walk to all the main tourist attractions. There are many good restaurants in the surrounding area. This is one of those very rare hotels where you get exactly what is promised on their website. The room was very clean and cleaned thoroughly every day. We could check-in a bit earlier (we came by bus as our flight was canceled, and were really tired after 14 hours traveling). The breakfast was delicious and wide variety, maybe some vegetables would be good to have more salty options for Europeans. I have missed only one thing, a socket in the bathroom, as I usually iron my hair and the socket connected to the hair dryer is for shavers only, so I could use the socket outside without mirror. It is a small thing, but I wanted to mention it. Despite of this I would be happy to come back, and recommend it, as it is a very nice hotel with polite and friendly stuff.

The only good thing is that it is rather clean, the rooms are big and the air conditioning works properly. Location is not perfect, it is close to the railway station but not that much to the touristic area for sightseeing. Shampoo you get only on arrival and you have to literally beg twice a day to get another bottle (apparently the bottle is big and should be enough for five 36 degree days). One of the days we had to leave before breakfast for a tour and we asked for dry packages, seemed that everything is understood. Much of a surprise there wasn’t water earlier in the morning and they could prepare them ?????? 😂😂😂 Aww the breakfast is anyway tiny… two women pretending they are super busy, but when there is something to refill like bread or eggs… you will wait awhile. First time I see a breakfast without even a tomato or cucumber. 🤣🤣 Summarized they try to save cents from the clients…that hotel wannabe 😃 This is not how you treat your clients !

Everything is within walking distance from 5 mins to 15 mins to the main church the Duomo, the Museums, etc. This hotel had the largest rooms and bathrooms since we have been in Italy. This is my second stay here and will definitely return when in Florence.

The hotel is in a good location, from 600 to 1200 meters to all the biggest Florence attractions, 10 min to the central station. Breakfast - no fresh, have to improve. Bathroom - have to put shampoo on every day. The hotel is clean. We could find different tours by a reception.

Lovely little hotel in a fantastic area very close to all the main attractions & easily walkable to everywhere. Our room was lovely & clean but a bit small and overlooked the garden which was nice and quiet. The bathroom was very small and ok for us but a large person would struggle. Staff were lovely especially the man on reception in the evening who was lovely, friendly and smiley. Breakfast was continental.

Great hotel that is centrally located in Florence. All major attractions were within waking distance.
They have an amazing breakfast!
When we got there they upgraded us To a mini-apartment on the main floor. My only complaint was the air conditioning in that unit did not work well and the room was very hot. The units were too small for such a large space.

A quaint, beautifully decorated little boutique hotel centrally located in Florence. This hotel makes the most out of every inch of space and was perfect for a mom & daughter trip. We had the orange room on the second floor. The only reason this didn’t get a 5 star was because of the smell of sewage we got from outside each morning. Just an issue of the area not a fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Un grande grazie a Tommaso! He always greeted us with a smile each morning and very helpful with whatever we need. I would definitely consider this hotel on any future trips.

Boston hotel is very clean and modern. Love the big shower and the breakfast is the best so far on this trip. The only setback is my daughters room. It’s extremely dark and located near the front door. I wish they could have changed her room but stated they are fully booked. We are a family of 6 with 3 rooms located on 1 on each floor.
