We stayed at Tourist House for 2 nights. It is well situated, close to the main tourist attractions and the price is good. The rooms, although quite attractive and large are severely lacking maintenance. We had lights that didn't work, a window that didn't open and the room and bathroom were not clean. No soap supplied and the bathroom was...

this small hotel is located in a non so touristic area. the room are not big but for what you pay it is good. The people are very nice and will help you whatever you need. they speak english, italian and french perhaps more... If you don't intend to spend a lot of time in the room or you don't...

Happy with this place. Yeh sure $65 would be expensive if it was out of town, but it's not. It has a brilliant location only 10 mins from train station and 5-10min walk to other attractions. Compared to other hotels, this place was cheap. We had a large room, clean, good wifi and friendly staff. The shared bathroom was a...

I expect little from a hostel other than a clean bed, which I did find at Tourist House Liberty. For this stay, I also sprung for the private bathroom since I would be there several nights. For the equivalent of $65 a night (no breakfast included), I do expect things to be relatively comfortable and in working order. However, the...

this B&B was really nice, not a hotel like other reviewers apparently thought. there are several rooms along the main corridor. we stayed in the superior deluxe, which was fantastic. we had our own bathroom and the bed was comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful. you don't book a room on holiday to spend all day in there, explore!

it's nothing like a hotel, it's a house!, except you have your bedsheets and towel changed ! we had a small room with a big bed, so it's comfortable as we don't stay the whole day in the room. And then you have a really nice neighborhood, a little bit away from touristy stuff with many small restaurants and bar...

It is a clean hostel, and although we had a shared bathroom, it was fine. Pretty close to the center, Florence is small anyway, so it is easy to get to main attractions. The staff is great, really friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at Tourist House Liberty in Florence. The owner was modestly charming, helpful and available, though never invasive. Liked the location a little bit away from the hussle and bussle of the historical centre. My kind of place, will be back.

Based on the pictures we booked this hotel, center of Florence, annoying place for driving and parking... but that was well explained by the friendly owner. BUT... based on pictures you make terrible decisions... Although it is mentioned on the website: ceiling fan, airconditioning in all rooms: NOT! we booked a superior room for 2 nights, arrived over there and...
