Really tough review this one, and ideally I would give 3.5 but that is not possible. Hotel staff were good, hotel is lovely and modern, and the free breakfast is a great option before a busy day. Our shower flooded our room, and while it was cleaned up quickly there was no apology for the inconvenience or the fact that...

We stayed overnight one night after a very long flight from Atlanta via Paris, and before an early train the next morning to Switzerland. I had requested an early check in but we arrived a little before 10 am, even earlier than expected. Our room was ready! The staff was very nice and understood our exhaustion. Even the lovely server...

Hotel Rapallo ranks very highly amongst our favourite city break hotels and we are delighted we made this choice for our 4 night stay in Firenze! The warmth of the greeting on arrival and the consistently pleasant and helpful manner of Lorenzo and all staff made us feel very welcome throughout. We particularly enjoyed our walking tour with Michaela, during...

We spent 3 nights at Hotel Rapallo stayed in room 101. Overall this is an excellent hotel to base yourself, with all major sights within walking distance. Here are a few pro's & cons from our trip. Con's Room 101 is very small, asked for a quiet room & this room was probably the noisiest it is located directly on...

The hotel is very clean, cozy and so welcoming. Our room was on the 4th floor (404). It was long room with a twin bed at each end of the room (so not romantic room) but it made up for it in other ways. A desk was on one wall and an Armoire on another. French doors opened onto a...

I was last here a year ago and I'm happy to say that it is still a superb hotel and still very much a 4* hotel even though rated as 3*. Again I had a very nice room on the top floor with its own terrace although of course not being summer I wasn't able to get the benefit from...

We stayed four nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The rooms are newly redecorated, comfortable, immaculately clean and really beautiful. The breakfast and afternoon snacks are wonderful. The location is excellent, close to the train and within walking distance to many attractions. The staff is outstanding. We will stay here again next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rapallo! My boyfriend and I arrived early on a train from Rome, and the hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Our room wasn't ready yet, so we were able to leave our bags and go explore - I really appreciated that our bags were already in our room...

We stayed 2 nights at the Rapallo. It was a fabulous hotel. We enjoyed the small hotel feel. Breakfast was great and the room was beautifully decorated with beautiful white linen cloth tables. Staff was...
