LOVE the perfect location. Overall, the hotel is charming. The decor is well past prime but the room was impeccably clean. Lovely views. Virtually no street noise in rooms, unlike those of our hotel in Florence last October. We appreciated the tv and, for us, wide choice of channels, during a few bouts of jet lag/insomnia. The bathroom is VERY...

Dear Guest I thank you for taking time to write a review about us, your comments are highly appreciated as they help us to improve our standards and amend our little mistakes! I have taken good note about the room missing a large mirror, also I am pleased to inform you that we have improved our breakfast with boiled eggs...

This place is very centrally located. Just walk out of the hotel and you can grab great coffee, fresh bread, gelato, shop or visit the magnificent Pitti Palace in less than a 10 minute walk. At night (for the four nights we spent in Florence), there was a talented musician performing just on the Ponte Vecchio bridge and it was...

Fantastic Location, Florence a must for any Italian traveller, however ask for insurance when paying for postage out of the post office behind hotel, they managed to steal my package being sent home. Lovely hotel, breakfast was ok nothing special and would be an idea not to sleep in as you are going to miss out on pastries. Beds were...

Dear Guest Thank you for your review, I am sorry for your package and hope that it did not spoil your holiday. The reason why our balconies are not furnished is because of security. Children could climb up a chair and fall. I hope you could enjoy our Panoramic Terrace on the sixth floor that is comfortable and equipped with...

The location of this hotel is perfect - immediately at the end of the Ponte Vecchio on the south side of the Arno, but soooo close to all the major Florence attractions. It is a very nice 3 star hotel, with clean rooms, good service and an excellent (for Italian hotels) continental breakfast and when the weather is good, you...

This hotel was great for us. It was well priced and has an excellent location. A very large breakfast is included in the rate. I was in room 208... And I would recommend either an 08 or 09 room as they overlook the bridge. My friends room overlooked an alley. Great place to stay!

A wonderful location, almost sitting on the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, the area is always bustling with people either going over the bridge or on their way to work or the shops. The hotel was very clean and our room had plenty of room as did the bathroom, the shower having plenty of pressure and hot water. The dining/breakfast room is on...

Dear Guest Thank you for leaving a comment about us, just for information our breakfast has been improved with boiled eggs and a larger variety of cakes. I agree with your tip about the 460 steps to get to the top of Brunelleschi Chapel, a tue Masterpiece that should not be missed! See you again Sabrina Bisconti Ass Mgr

just returned from florence. Room was fine a bit tired but clean comfortable and plenty of space. The really brilliant thing about this hotel is its location. I could not believe how good it was. Dear Guest, I apologize of his prolonged waiting, although it certainly passed admiring a splendid panorama of Florence! Our Wine Bar offers a wide selection of different wines from Tuscany and it is possible that the bartender, not having the bottle available at the time requested, has fallen in our cellar to fetch her, making her wait ..... in a...

I stayed in Hotel Pitti Palace in February, during the low season. I had made the reservation already 6 months ago and asked for a room in the upper floors. Well, despite the fact that the hotel was half empty I got the room from the first floor – just opposite the trash cans on the street. Which are emptied...

Dear Guest Thank you for leaving your comment, unfortunately I do not have enough information to understand your name and verify which room you stayed. I understand that your stay was in February, in this period we had some renovations on the 4th and 5th floor that is the reason why the rooms on upper floors were not available. We...

Clearly, the location is perfect, with all the sights within walking distance, and we got a 3 days for the price of 2 deal via BA, so the price was good too. Staying in Pitti

Neighbourhood Profile
Pitti
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
