Lovely but it is a 20 min walk to reach nearest bars etc. Smart up market hotel. Good bar area, breakfast 17 euro and just about worth it with a good selection. Aircon excellent. Negative, pool area is a plunge pool with some chairs, no sunbeds!!!!

Very nice Hotel, clean and comfortable near to the “Centro Storico”, easy to arrive its a great cost benefit! Come to the Rooftop Bar and enjoy a very nice Sunset with a friendly staff! Ask for the Ginger Honey cocktail made by Taoufiq, the Bartender É ESPETACOLARE!

The hotel was very centrally located within the wall. It was very convenient to have a place to park our car close to the hotel. The staff was very nice and the restaurant breakfast was very adequate and good. Staff very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms could really use an update. The beds were not very comfortable, with old fashion, bedspreads, and linens. the pillows were very, flat and uncomfortable.

We cannot tell you enough about the NH Firenze! From the moment we arrived until our departure the staff were fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and we had a balcony in our room that over looked Florence and the river. The bed so super comfortable and the room was spotless. The hotel had a delicious breakfast every morning that went from 7:00 am to 10:00 am daily. The hotel even acknowledge that we were celebrating our anniversary and sent up sparkling wine and biscotti to us. When we return to Italy, we will return to the NH Firenze! Graci!!!

Out of the three NH collection hotels (Rome, Florence, and Venice), the Florence hotel was our favorite. It was clean, friendly and helpful staff, close to some good restaurants. The breakfast was also great, had fresh fruit, deli meat, with an assortment of pastries and juices.

This hotel is very nice. We had a superior XL room with a king bed. The bathroom was big! Location - it is 20 minute walk away from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station as well as duomo, Uffizi Museum and Cathedral. We are used to walking so it was manageable for us. Breakfast was great! We had one night dinner at the hotel and was not impressed. Overall we very much enjoy the stay at NH Firenze and recommend it! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Good hotel on a perfect location. Close to the center of Florence and close to public transport. Not far from the international airport. Spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable bed. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Good WiFi and complete minibar. The hotel offers good breakfast and other services. Staff is friendly and multilingual. I stayed in this hotel on various occasions and I recommend it for both, tourist visit and business visits.

Stayed 2 nights here. The hotel is about 15mins walk from the main city center . It’s convenient if you walk along the river. It’s a very new and modern hotel. Everything about the stay is great except the lights went out a number of times during the stay.

Nice and friendly staff. The lobby seems a bit dated but rooms are big and new. We got a spacious, clean room with a large balcony. Only downside was hotel is quite a walk from the town center. But overall, enjoyed our stay.
