We stayed three nights as part of a group tour, and had a mixed experience. First the good points : the location is good with just a fairly pleasant 20 minute stroll along the river to the sights of the city centre. Check-in was quick (almost too quick - no welcome and no useful information imparted to us), and Wi-Fi...

Good hotel for tourism or business travel. Helpful staff. Small but comfortable and clean rooms. Traditional breakfast, but there is not enough variety of food. The hotel is within walking distance from the historic city center. In Front of the hotel is a small park along the Arno River. Rooms facing the street are quite noisy and can not sleep...

We loved this hotel. Our room looked new. It was contemporary, comfortable, and the location was excellent. We had a balcony that was huge. Very impressive! The only negative was that we had to walk forever to our room the hotel is so large.

This is s very modern hotel across the road from the River Arno and an easy 20 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We stayed in room 230 which was a large twin room with comfortable king single beds and soft pillows. The bathroom is long and narrow with a free standing shower. Open wi-fi with no password. The television...

This hotel is very nice and far enough from downtown to make it more quite. It is till walkable to downtown artsy area. Bistro nearby is delicious and reasonable. Rooms are small but modern. Close to the river! Happy with our stay here!

Nice, modern, clean hotel a few minutes walk to Florence city center. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful, checking us in even though we arrived early. Our room was well maintained, quiet and clean. But I must admit I have never seen in all my travels a bathroom so small. We could barely turn around in the shower....

Nice hotel. Clean, modern rooms. Good breakfast, nice bar area. The staff are helpful. The location is not exactly central. It takes 15 mins to walk to Santa Croce. 20 mins to walk to the ponte vecchio.

Stayed here as part of a Trafalgar bus trip. Room was on the small size but very clean. Very disappointing not to have an iron and ironing board which is a standard feature in today's hotels. Further, no wifi added to my frustration. Would also suggest that you take your own toiletries as very little is on offer. Won't recommend...

This hotel is a short walk to the main street where all the activity is. It is very comfortable and the swimming pool on the top level was a blessing in the extremely hot weather we experienced. Will definitely stay here again.
