This was the last hotel of our journey from Dubrovnik to Florence. We love Florence and this was a fine way to end our trip. The hotel is right on the river and its about a 20 minute walk to the center of Florence.

Close to city center, however rooms need improvements. There was no A/C, so windows had to be opened to cool the room. The electrical outlets in our room did not work, so we had to move to a new room. The hairdryer did not work nor the safes to store valuables. On the last day, a water main broke and we had no water. The bar had peculiar hours which was inconvenient. Food was okay, but not hot at breakfast buffet.

The rooms are new, but very small. Already rust in the shower. Wifi in the entrance is ok, if there are not many guests using it. In the room it doesen't work at all. Rooms are very noisy: you hear the guest in the next room closing the zipper of his suitcase... The breakfast is very poor in selection and quality. --> For this price i expect MUCH more!

The room was an adequate size- pretty good for European standards. The room, however, was stuffy. We had to open the window, but we did get mosquitoes. The lobby was nice, as was the furniture and dining room. Servers put food on our plates for us.

There is no air conditioning so you have to open the windows or die of heat. So many mosquitoes come in the room and bite it is really horrible. The street is extremely loud as well. So sad with this experience
