Just spent 4 nights at this hotel...I travelled with a friend and we both had single occupancy rooms. The rooms were more than big enough for one, with double beds. The air-conditioning was efficient (it was very hot). The bathrooms had showers and were perfect. The breakfast was good and the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
The Bernini Palace is a delightful place to stay in Florence for both the ambiance and top notch customer service. I booked this hotel for a colleague who was staying 4 nights on a business trip, and for personal time over the weekend. The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. He was greeted by Stefania, and he mentioned how lovely and attentive she and the rest of the team were throughout his stay. No task was too small, and they seemed to truly enjoy their work and meeting people from around the world. While the hotel is traditional and refined in decor, the team makes you feel at home. My colleague stayed on the 4th floor, in a small double room with nice ceiling height and good light. Impeccably clean with daily housekeeping and turndown service complete with slippers and robes. The bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower and nice amenities. The towels were high quality and very absorbent and soft. He had his laundry sent out for same day service and garments came back neatly folded and pressed. Breakfast was included as part of his booking, and he said the buffet was very good, ranging from hot entrees to continental offerings. All in all, he would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future. Grazie Mille to all the wonderful team at Bernini Palace!…
This lovely hotel is perfectly placed in the city of Florence. It is a few steps from the Uffizi Gallery and five minutes walk from both the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The staff are very helpful but unobtrusive; customer service is exemplary. On arrival we received a warm welcome and a complimentary bottle of wine. Rooms are comfortable and robes and slippers are provided. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive but there wasn’t a lot for vegans either at breakfast or in the bar or restaurant. We discovered that plant based milk is available at breakfast on request but it wasn’t advertised. There is a small roof terrace which is a pleasant place to sit and relax on a warm afternoon or evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The Hotel is in a central location next door to Palazzo Vecchio and a stone’s throw from il Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Upon arrival the doorman took our luggage and took us to the reception desk where the staff we’re waiting for us. Although check in was normally much later, the manager knew we were on an early flight and our room was already prepared allowing us to freshen up before exploring Florence. The room was large and comfortable. There are plenty of usb charging points for the essential electrical devices. The WiFi worked well. Staff keep everything really clean. They are very friendly and cannot be faulted on their care and attention. We were constantly asked if there was anything we needed. The breakfast includes bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs as well as the continental breakfast. This is an extremely elegant hotel. We will stay again!…
Spacious, elegantly furnished rooms in centuries old building. Beautiful antiques and modern touches in public spaces. Top quality sheets and amenities. Very comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast in converted ballroom. Terrific bar. Easy walk to all main attractions. Excellent price to value. Cannot wait to return

Everything was fabulous from the welcome in the check in till our late checkout ;) I recommend this hotel to anyone who want a smooth elegant experience in Firenze !
I checked into the Bernini Palace Hotel yesterday. I'm here for 6 days and five nights. I am so impressed with this beautiful hotel right in the centre of Florence. From the moment I arrived, I have experienced smiles, kindness, efficiency and a willing-to-please attitude from the receptionist, concierge, chamber maid etc. The hotel is beautifully decorated. You just can't stop admiring the antiques, decor etc. My room is the same; tastefully decorated and the linen bedding makes getting into bed an Uber luxurious experience. The bathroom is ultra modern done in white marble with a walk-in rain shower and equipped with soft towels and terry robe. I feel like staying here for a few months, I am so delighted and comfortable. The concierge contacted me in Johannesburg as soon as the booking was made last year offering their services. That really is class! They have booked me for visits to the Uffizi and Palazzo Pitti. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is.......bellissima!…
Nice boutique hotel close to everything. Helpful front desk , especially Lorenzo. Our room (406) had a nice view of Duomo and Bell tower. Mediocre breakfast, and room was "too warm", so I allocated only 4 stars. I would return !
Stayed for 4 nights. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size and very airy with lovely high ceilings.it was so nice to sit in the beautiful bar at the end of a busy day reflecting on what we had seen. We would not hesitate to return.
