I've really enjoyed to stay in this place. Tidy rooms, friendly staff, ready to help you any time you need! The price is amazing f'or such location, which is literally a few steps from Duomo, and service. Especially great, If you travel alone!

We showed up at the designated check-in time and waited on the street ringing the bell for 20 minutes and no one answered. Finally some other guests entered and we followed them in. They closed the door to the actual hostel behind them so our group had to ring the bell and knock for another 15 minutes standing outside the...

Don't stay here. I've got over 50 bed bug bites and had to disinfect everything I was travelling with to kill any that might have crawled into my things. Management didn't believe me, even after showing him all my bites and brushed me off. I even have photos of the bed bugs on the bed. Sheets were also gross and...

Perfectly located within the city centre and close to many attractions. The problem happens when you meet the people managing the place and notice that they don't care about your level of comfort or the cleanliness of the place. The WiFi doesn't seem to work and I ended up using internet somewhere else.

I am staying at queens hostel right now - and I have been locked out and not given the right keys so I have to sleep on the streets in Florence. Just using the wifi in a local cafe before I find a place in a safe alcove on the streets. This is no exaggeration - I have the keys...

Not checking these comments before, the most stupid thing that we have ever done. As most says, hostel's location is only good thing. Administrator's attitude towards us is so rude and unproffessional. I do not even want to think and remember room's condition again! Room, bed, sheets, everything is so dirty that you do not want to touch anything. You...

The hostel is very well located but I think that it is the only positive point. When I was there, it was really dirty and one of the showers did not work. In my opinion it was all a bit chaotic in the recepcion and the sheets of the bed were really dirty. I would never recomend it because I'm...

The location it's good and in Florence you won't need to use public transportation , we stay in a share Room with other people there were people living in the hostel but the Room was a mess. The bathroom wasn't that bad but you won't feel comfortable in it neither in the kitchen.

Administrator of the hostel is a very nervous person. When me and my friend came to hostel there was only one bed avaliable for that day and the next day they had 2 beds, so we decided to take what they had, leave bags and find another hostel for me. When we were in the kitchen trying to connect to...
