San Firenze Suites and Spa is a top- notch hotel in a perfect central location in Florence! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying for five days during our trip through Italy and it’s truly one of the loveliest places we’ve ever stayed. The suites are pristine and well-appointed. The morning breakfast includes anything one could possibly want. There is a lovely aperitivo hour with wine offered. Above all, the staff is exceptionally accommodating, kind, and thoughtful. Every single person we encountered could not have been any more helpful and pleasant. We cannot wait to return to Florence and San Firenze!
We stayed here last week and booked the presidential suite. It was worth every penny. The service from time we arrived was on point. They were anticipating our arrival and we were able to check in early. The room was amazing and the view from the rooftop balcony was just as pictured. Both showers in the suites were amazing, the bed was comfortable and the room came with all the amenities you'd expect at a high-end hotel. They delivered breakfast to our room so we could eat on the balcony. We spent an hour at the spa downstairs that had a jacuzzi tub, wet sauna and a dry sauna and would recommend doing the same if staying here. Can't recommend this hotel enough and can't wait to come back.
We are really sad to be leaving this lovely hotel. Thank you Lara, Simona, Andrew, Antonio & the other guy (sorry we did not get your name). Thank you all for organising a fantastic room for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love this small homely friendly hotel - clean, professional, efficient & they really have very good recommendations for restaurants. We tried the 1st one on the list of recommendations by the hotel- Osteria Belguardo - so good! The calamari, beef cheeks, steak, tiramisu etc! Stay here. You will not regret it. The staff are amazing! Breakfast really good 👍 Everywhere is within walking distance and the cost of a taxi to the Firenze SMN train station is EUR 11-12.
This boutique hotel deserves 10 Stars. The front desk team especially Lara, totally amazing, very very very service oriented. We stayed at some of the best hotels worldwide but were blown away by the service here. We had some minor issues and these were dealt with promptly and professionally. When we booked, we informed that we were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary and the hotel very kindly arranged a beautiful room with complimentary 🥂. The tv in the room comes with netflix and there is a mini kitchenette to do any cooking. The hotel is very centrally located and the breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot foods (bacon, sausages, eggs, vegetables) and cold cuts, yoghurts, bread etc. I would say, don't hesitate to book this hotel as they really walk the talk on service, cleanliness & standards. Very value for money. We will definitely recommend the San Firenze Suites & Spa to our family & friends. Once again, thank you Lara and team for a fantastic, unforgettable experience! …
We enjoyed our stay here very much , we had a warm welcome from Lara and immediately felt at home :) The hotel has a great location and in a short distance walk you can enjoy beautiful piazzas shopping & great food Everything was amazing & every staff member was kind & welcoming We had a great experience & I can recommend this hotel with full confidence !
I can't tell you how wonderful our stay was here. First the staff are extremely helpful. Air France lost my luggage and when it arrived (3 days later) they delivered it to our room. It was busted so they gave an excellent recommendation for replacement luggage. The suite was beautiful. Plenty of hanging space. The bathroom was practically grand and the kitchenette appreciated. Breakfast delicious and they will make you fried eggs on request. There happened to be a "Three Tenor" concert and they helped with the tickets. The location is perfect for getting to all the main sites in Florence. Only negative (and they can't help this) is some street noise late night/early morning.
Fantastic stay for my wife’s 40th. The staff are fantastic and will help in anyway they can to make it a pleasant stay. Special mention Lara on reception as she was absolutely lovely, always helpful and always smiling! We stayed four nights in the luxury suite which looked over the plaza. The suite was massive, had a 4 poster bed, walk in wardrobe and a lovely bathroom. If I had one point of notice, maybe that there are far too many light switches….you end up running round for all the switches at lights out. But honestly that is just an observation and not a moan. Room service is run by a team of ninjas as you go to breakfast and on your return the room is done. Amazing effort. Breakfast was good with a good mix of choices available to suite most needs. Highly recommended. Normally these hotels are out of my price range but actually worth every penny (or euro).…
Our family of four had a one night stopover in Florence and decided to make the most of our short stay by booking the Presidential Suite. The suite was amazing highlighted by its own rooftop patio equipped with a jacuzzi tub. The views from the rooftop was as advertised in the photos - a panoramic scene of Florence with the Duomo as the centerpiece. The view from the second smaller balcony attached to the king bedroom was great as well. Plenty of space for our family that includes two teens. The two bathrooms helped a lot with the space. The staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive beginning with an email the day before our arrival and having the suite ready for our early noon check-in. They helped arrange room service breakfast which was included for our suite and provided help with directions to the attractions and arranging a taxi to pick us up at check-out. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Less than 5 minute walking distance to Uffizi/Palazzo Vecchio, less than 10 minutes to the Duomo, and 15 minutes to the Accademia Gallery. Plenty of eatery options nearby. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again for our next visit!…
We are a family of four with older teens (18 &14), we stayed in the Executive apartment for three nights this week. San Firenze suites and Spa is in a lovely old building on the Piazza San Firenze, right in the heart of old Florence. All of the main tourist sites were close by and the accommodation and breakfast were of excellent quality. The Executive apartment has a master bedroom with king size bed, a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, a living room with a large sized sofa that doubled as a single bed and then a glass sided staircase to a ceiling hung mezzanine type floor with another comfortable double bed. The apartment was exceptionally clean with the room being made up twice a day, the decor and furnishings were lovely and in the style of Florence and all staff were exceptionally friendly and wanted to go out of their way to be helpful. The view of the surrounding rooftops was lovely, with the bell tower, which although audible in the room did not disturb us at all. The continental style breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options, 4 types of freshly baked croissants amongst other items. Although not cheap, the space and comfort level in the apartment worked very well for us and of course you typically get what you pay for, and this was a quality experience that I would totally recommend.…
My partner and I just spent 2 nights here in a junior suite. The hotel had kindly kept our room reservation for 2 years, so we decided to add on an extra night and upgrade the room. From the minute we arrived the staff were so kind and helpful and always on hand to offer recommendations. The location is amazing, we wouldn’t of asked for a better area to stay. The setting was intimate, a nice small boutique style. The breakfast was lovely, lots on offer. We were unable to book in to spa so can’t comment on it but I have no doubt it would have been lovely! We can’t wait to return!
