During our stay, our flight back to Paris was cancelled due to strike, Mr Roberto was very helpful to communicate with the local airline staff and also help us to book the train ticket to leave Florence, the helper-Debbie also very friendly. Bed was very comfortable, quiet but very central location, close to the main station and within easy walking...

Upon arrival, Paola (owner) insisted to carry our luggage on the the 2nd floor. The decor of the place was bright and and welcoming. There was a common kitchen for everyone to use. Very clean, close to the station and the duomo. A lot of restaurants around the area. Alberto and Debbie were so helpful and made sure we were...

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect....the room was nice and though not easy to find at first but we figured it out. It is walking distance to everything. We even crossed the bridge to get to the other side of florence. It was just what we needed. The only annoyance was the shower, because of where...

This hotel is located in the city but is impossible to find. Because of city restrictions, you cannot drive to it. There are no readily visible markings on the building that identify it. There was no explanation that you have to drive to the parking garage located blocks down the street, then go looking for the hotel. (do not even...

We . stayed for 6 days. The staff were most helpful. Having a small kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to make small meals and coffee. Close to all sites which could be reached on foot. % minute walk from train station. Many good places to eat, particularly the Café Narone nearby on the same street, which was reasonably priced...

We stayed for one night and very happy not for longer. The location is good, few minutes walk from train station, in a quiet area. The service is questionable, as the lady who greeted us was quite busy talking on the phone then finishing checking us in. Our room had external bathroom, which we knew before and it was ok...

I stayed here for 3 nights in June with my mum. Great location. 5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. Lots of eateries nearby and just down the stairs. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. There is an info point at the church which you see as you exit the train station - maps are FREE! Two flights...

Unfortunately we only stayed one night at the Albergo Bencidormi. It is a quick and easy short walk from the train station and a short walking distance to tourist attractions. The room was clean and bright and it was lovely to have a window we could open. There is a small communal kitchen and coffee machine. The staff are very...

We are a mature couple who stayed at the Albergo Bencidormi for 6 nights from the 17 - 23 June 2014. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room nr 7 was big and beautifully decorated and we had a very comfortable bed. The Kitchen was modern and spacious with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, two plate stove and fridge and space...

First we want to publicly thank Roberto & Paola and their staff Debbie and Danny for their friendly helpfulness at both Bencidormi and Il Ghiro (next door). These facilities are very clean and comfortable and well located; just what we needed for our stay in Florence. The taxi arranged by Roberto and Danny for an early departure to the airport...
