the hotel is easy to find from the main station ( Santo Maria Novello ). Staff speak fluent english and are very friendly. Reception is open 24 hours. Th price is reasonable. We could have breakfast at 06:30 am . Very kind.

The hotel is centrally located just 1 block away from the main railway station. The owners where very friendly and indicate us good restaurants. We will stay here again on future trips to Florence

It was very convenient to be so close the the train station. We were very impressed with how helpful and wonderful the staff was. They helped us with directions, and they spoke great English. The bed was a bit hard, and the pillows flat. But this was a good deal and a great location.

We have booked a double room and it was very clean with a modern bathroom. The staff were very ,very. very friendly. A generous fresh and pleintful breakfast every morning . We would definitely stay here on our return to Florence-

we stayed here just for 1 night but it was clean, confortable and cheap ( the 3 C more important for me ). It is very close to the railway station and the city centre. Breakfast was just enough but for the price we paid ok !

The Fiorita is located just a few steps away from main railway station and you can reach all the main sights of Florence in 10/15 minutes walking.Also if you need the bus-shuttle to the airport is just around the corner. Each room has safe, minibar, air-cond. and tv ( bbc world ). Ciao Fiorita ! Highly recommended

Florence is a lovely city and the Fiorita Hotel is really a good start. Staff is always polite and give all information you may need . The room was very quiet and had also a balcony. We stayed only the one night in Hotel Fenice but thought it was in the ideal location around the corner from Santa Maria Novella railway station and walking distance to all attractions. we had a wonderful time at this hotel ,we had a big room and staff was always polite and helpful with us. Just a block away from main railway station Santa Maria Novella.
