The location was amazing and everything was close! Staff was super nice and everything worked as should. Breakfast wasnt amazing. If I go back to Florence will definitely check if they have room for me.

Ideal location with the Da Vinci museum on the same street. Very kind and professional staff, our bathroom had a problem and it was immediately taken care of. We were also given a new room for the rest of the trip while reparations were being done. Breakfast was delicious with va

Great couple of days at this small 'family' type hotel. The gentlemen on staff were so friendly and kind that it has a family feel which was good for us at the end of a long tour of Europe in which we squeezed a couple of days in Florence. Yes it is a little older looking and bas

I noticed that when booking they give me the option of a non-smoking or smoking room. I can't stand the smell of smoke (it makes me sick). Are there really rooms here that allow smoking? So I could potentially end up in a non-smoking room near a smoking room and smell smoke?
Does this hotel have a lift/elevator?
Yes, but a small one. We used it upon arrival and departure to comfortable transport our luggage.
