Very satisfied. Good Wifi, free everywhere in the hotel. Good location in city. We had a balcony with table/chairs and a wiew over the Duoma. Very nice. Cold breakfast bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, vegetables, fresh fruit and so on. Fine for us. Nice staff. We had a lot of space in our room on the fifth floor. It was clean...

The first thing that I loved about this place was that it was soooo close to the Firenze station. Secondly it was in the heart of the tourist section of the city and hence saved us a lot of time in travelling to different spots. Anytime we wanted to go anywhere, it was just a walk away. Whether it is...

Located just a few minutes walk from the train station and right around the corner from the leather market and Central Market, this hotel has a very helpful staff who made my 4 night stay a most pleasant one. The Cathedral is a very short walk away as are most of the museums. While the included breakfast was adequate, it...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the begining of March. Location is great, 5 minute walk from the train station and in the oposite direction it is 10 minutes to the Duomo. The hotel itself is a good 3 star. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The room we had was 409, which had a good view...

I don't recommend that any solo traveller stay here. I was given room 501 - a dark single room with the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. Holes in the sheets, frayed bedspread, only 2 hangers in the wardrobe... The worst thing was the noise. It was next to the old and very noisy lift and had what looked like an...

The location wa s a surprise. It is close to the train terminal, which I must add is a plus, and when looking for it after disembarking from a train from rome we walked passed it. The signage really needs some work. Nonetheles the staff were professional, helpful and friendly enough. The room was incredible! It was huge compared to...

The hotel is in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the bus and train station. Clean room. Poor selection for bfast, late start and slow to replenish even in low season winter. Dont think they can handle large crowds.

This hotel had lovely character with antique furniture and decor. The location was great near train station, buses, local markets, many restaurants and walking distance to landmarks and museums. Staff were super helpful and friendly, from reception-concierge to restaurant to cleaners. Breakfast was plenty and a balanced buffet. The room was up on the 5th floor, with lovely views and...

This hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station and a 5-15 minute walk for everything you'll want to visit during a stay in Florence. The rooms/hotel are on the smaller size but the accommodations are comfortable, very clean, and up to date. There is also a continental breakfast prepared in the morning. Check - in and out...
