Location is really good and central to the train station. Our room was a triple room - it was more like an apartment. Main bedroom upstairs with sofa bed downstairs. Reception are very attentive and room service is very fast. Things that could be improved They give you water in the room on the first day. After that you have to pay for it. There is a lovely garden area but in the heat what would be great is just to have a small water jug or something for people in that area to have water First floor smelled very bad like bad sewage You can’t control the air con from your room you have to call reception Orange juice looks fresh but isn’t - it’s mixed with squash No tissue box in the room Swimming pool is very cold - it’s position means it doesn’t catch the sun until the end of the day Plates for breakfast are very small. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - always a perfect start to the day ! check in was easy, friendly. The lady on reception during the daytime was always ready to help. The room was extremely comfortable, peaceful. Slept very well. all in all can completely recommend this hotel !

Had a great séjour at Croce di malta, Great Location and super terrasse ! Rooms are clean and great quality of beds. the breakfast was correct, and some room have nice balconies with nice view of Firenze.

Stayed here for a few nights in May, and were really delighted with this unassuming little hotel tucked just off the Piazza St Maria Novella. It's only five minutes walk from the station and ten from the duomo. Our room had a spectacular view of the duomo, and was a few steps from the roofbar, with even more impressive views. The courtyard gardens are pretty and peaceful, with a tinkling fountain and a cool (very cool!) swimming pool. Excellent service, adequate buffet breakfast.
