We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. The check in and check out was very smooth. The people are super friendly and nice. The room that we got into had a smoke smell, so we called the reception and ask for another we room. They provided us with another room very fast. The rooms are modern, very clean, spacious. They have everything you need. The gym was small , but ok.

We stayed in this hotel with my family for one week. The hotel is situated 2 tramstops away from the city, 4 stops with the bus or 20 minutes walking. You can also rent a bike or a electronic city scooter where you pay by the minute. We stayed in a family connected room. Rooms were spacious, one is a bit bigger then the other. Both rooms had a shower and bath. There was a problem with one of the rooms and the people at reception changed our rooms the day after, They are very friendly and helpful. They also recommended us places where we could do our mandatory covid test so we could return home. Big con is the garage. It is €25 per day and the garage is actually a cellar that they converted into a small garage with very little parking spaces. I think around 6 spaces and they were all extremely narrow. We have a big car so it was a challenge for us everytime to fit our car into the designated parking space. You have a couple of small restaurants around the hotel aswell as a carrefour supermarket and a “do it yourself” laundry place which was very convenient for us as a family. Restaurants i would recommend is the “ Illusion club “, it’s a restaurant with music and lights. Very cozy and nice atmosphere! Another restaurant close by is “Gamberini” we went here for breakfast and afternoon tea but they also serve lunch and diner. The service is amazing and so is the food and coffee.

Good value, good for a night if you’re passing through town. The website gives the impression that it’s close to the train station but it is in fact a good 15 minute walk. Alternatively just one tram stop away and the tram is a few steps away from the front door. It’s 20-25 minutes to walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is dark, cool and brown so doesn’t have a lot of charm. Saying that, it’s clean and quiet and the staff on the front desk are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. Our room was a decent size and was well appointed. We paid a few more euros for a deluxe room but there wasn’t much that was luxurious about it. One thing we were very grateful for was the excellent glazing on the windows that kept the room nice and quiet. And this on the night of the Italian win in the European football cup with hundreds of cars honking horns on the double carriage road outside! Breakfast was good, offering a wide array of food including cakes

The hotel is very nice and clean. The lobby bar and area are welcoming, especially the automated massage chair for guest use. The only draw back is it is about a 20-25 minute walk to the city sites. There are many restaurants very close to the hotel.
