Quick walk to Duomo & its Musuem, Santa Maria del Fiore, San Lorenzo, and more. Looks like it once was a 19th century mansion. Yet it is on a side street, so no noise. Our room had view of Duomo at night, but I doubt many of their rooms do. Breakfast was the best of any hotel in Italy. Lots... More

A colleague recommended this hotel, and I'm very glad I picked it. Location is excellent... just a few steps from the best of Florence sites and restaurants on a quiet side street. Rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is good (including eggs made to order). Wifi is a bit slow, but I hear that is the case in other hotels too.... More

There are so many hotels in Florence, we just lucked out finding this one. It was close to everything, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere. The room was nice sized, comfy beds, great breakfast.

Great hotel for the price. Central location. Best Breakfast which in Europe not even available at five star hotels. Only down side was that since my room was close to Breakfast lounge, the early mornings noise was disturbing.

Perfect location, quiet, comfortable, clean, perfectly professional, great price, near attractions and shopping and hundreds of restaurants. Would stay here again for certain. Walk everywhere including the train station.

Location is ideal. Only drawback would be if mobility challenged, as most rooms are up a flight of stairs after the little elevator. But if mobility challenged in Florence, this hotel is e least of your worries!

We stayed here over a weekend in September, and due to its very central location, thought it would be a loud hotel. It wasn't! Our room was on the ground level and it was very quiet. We loved how large the room was as well - lots of storage and room to move around. The high ceilings were also lovely... More

7 min walk from the SNM station, not bad with luggage, a few cobblestones. The Duomo is literally around the corner. Location was unbeatable, easy walk for everything we wanted to see. Front desk was super responsive to e-mail questions and helped set-up museum reservations and day trips. Breakfast was very nice, included omelettes and crepes on request. Room was... More

We had been to Florence previously on several occasions but we wanted to make a quick stop on our way from a week in Venice to another week in Lucca. Our previous hotel experiences in Florence had been below average. So we were pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and well operated hotel within 1 ½ blocks of the... More

Located between duomos, with train station nearby- greeted warmly, offered capuccinos upon arrival, high ceiling room, amazing breakfast included- a much needed comfortable luxurious stay. Easy to walk to every location
