The location and ascetic of the hotel and the room itself were great. The bathroom was luxurious and the room although small, was well appointed too. Breakfast had hot eggs and the hotel clerks doubled as decent baristas for our morning cappuccino. The heat made sleeping well impossible. Even when they turned it off in our room (rm 204) it...

Dear Client, we thank you very much for the time you dedicated to us. Regarding the heating, during your stay, was still cold weather outside and, especially during the night, the temperature get low. In any case you could ask the reception to switch the heating off. we hope to see you again in the future. Kindest regards Paolo Guidotti

we chose this hotel due to its location and it met our expectations indeed. everything is within walking distance although it is in a quiet alley, away from noise and crowds. Just round the corner, you have cosy bistros and nice restaurants in your plate. The director of the hotel was a real pro, answering all our mails in 5...

Excellent location, short walk from train station and airport bus and within easy walking distance of all major sites. Quite low lighting in room but extremely comfortable large bed with cotton sheets and lovely soft pillows. Good shower pressure and good wifi. Usual continental spread for breakfast plus hot scrambled eggs. Also we appreciated the bone china cups. Helpful staff.

A perfect little hotel in almost every way: pleasant, obliging staff; clean, smartly furnished rooms; good-sized bathroom, with bath and shower providing a good flow of hot water; generous breakfasts in a tastefully arranged room; a very comfortable lounge and "classy" bar area. (A pity no one, including ourselves, used it, so it began to look like an empty stage...

Located 5 minutes' walk away from the Duomo. Good-sized rooms, average, but not outstanding, breakfast. Very good service - as demonstrated by the fact that, even though we were originally put in a room which suffered from a horrible moldy smell, we were quickly moved into another room, which was far more acceptable. Overall fine.

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station, but very quiet. It's only a couple of blocks from the market, and not too far from the big touristy areas. The staff was great - Paolo at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. They were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was simple but good, although I'm...

The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the train station (Firenze SMN). A nice little boutique hotel and all major attractions are within short walking distance. The included morning breakfast is very good in terms of cleanness, variety and quality. You feel secured in this hotel as there is only one entrance and the receptionist is there...

First, I like the location. It's near everything - the Duomo, Medici Chapel, the train station, palazzo de congressi but without the traffic noise, As it is tucked in what seem to be an alley for small galleries and atelier which adds to its quaintness. But what we like most is the service most especially by Paolo, Antonio and Ana....

Short walk from Train station, in a quiet street, no traffic noise! Boutique Hotel. Wonderful staff! Nice room, cozy, charming! We were lucky, new bathroom, marble floor, nice clear shower door. Enough closet space, extra pillows and blanket. AC. Excellent Buffet breakfast starting at 7am until 10:30. Nice choice, good coffee...what else does one want? Short walk to all sights,...
