We stayed here for 3 nights in September. It is a converted villa just outside the Porta Romana in a residential neighborhood across from the Boboli Gardens. There is ample free parking, easy to find, and about as close as you can get without driving into the restricted driving zone of Florence. The longstanding staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms...

The staff was extra nice and helpful! I had an early morning flight but the taxi system in florence was down so that it was impossible to get a taxi and too early for the bus. The staff made sure I still got a lift to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk staff also...

As students on a roadtrip, we were mostly staying in budget hotels. Since we couldn't find any budget hotels in the area we decided to give Classic Hotel a go (which was above our budget), but it was totally worth the money! The people of this hotel are very friendly and helpfull. We even had a few drinks with some...

We arrived at the hotel and straight away got a map, where they were so kind to tell us where there are good restaurants and so on. The big service gesture came when I in Denmark found out that I had forgotten my keys there. They found my keys. They helped me finding the best solution, for sending them to...

We absolutely loved our stay here! It started with a warm, friendly welcome from Bernadette, who made us feel "at home". Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast consisted of cereals, pastries, fruit, coffee, tea and juices. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood (just across from Boboli Gardens), and a private, secure parking area was available. The...

We stayed here for one night with our teenage children. The staff could not be more helpful and accomodating. We occupied 2 very comfortable and good sized adjoining rooms (106 & 107). Good air con in both helped us survive the stifling August heat in Florence. Location-wise, we were an easy 15 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio, however taxis...

We stayed a week ago, for 3 nights during the height of a heat wave; but still had a good time. The hotel has a convenient location, easily accessed by car and a free car park, which is great. The walk from the hotel through Via Romana, past Palazzo Pitti up to Ponte Vecchio takes 15-20 minutes. It was a...

It's like an old english villa i Firenze! Very few roms (approx 15), very nice staff, and a super garden to have breakfast in! We liked very much the staff and the building. It*s a 10-15 miunutes walk to Ponte Vecchio and a nice park close by. We'll be back.

Hotel situated on quite and very green street. In 400 m from enter to Boboli Garden. Positive points: very friendly staff, free parking, nice location (but not perfect), reasonable price. Negative: it is not classic it is very old hotel, specific smell of old hotel, poor breakfast.

This hotel was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had a car, so the option for car parking and proximity to the main town centre was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Florence
