Chose to stay here as it had parking within the hotel grounds and we weren’t disappointed. The parking was not visible from the main road, so felt very secure, also the gates are locked between 01:00 and 07:00h. Couldn’t find the hotel on our sat nav, so we made a phone call to the hotel to find that the actual...

This is a very nice, quiet hotel, located in an old Villa, not far from Porta Romana. Service is friendly, rooms are spacious, price was fair. The only disappointment was breakfast: small selection, all cold, with low-quality yogurt, and bad cappuccino from a machine (unless you ask for the real thing from the bar!).

We went to Florence for our honeymoon and chose the Classic Hotel to stay at as it was a short walk from the city center and attractions. The hotel was quaint and beautiful with a lovely outdoor area to enjoy a drink. The breakfast was continental 'help yourselves' with fresh croissants and fruit available. The staff were so friendly on...

Nice building, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful environment with a nice garden, reasonnable price and a free parking close to the city center, which is already worth a lot there ... Only the breakfast is a little disappointing.

We had a nightmare journey to Florence, arriving at the hotel at 5am. The manager arrived to open the gate within seconds of ringing the bell. All the staff were charming, friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the centre of town, buses and restaurants. The hotel has an understated elegance. It is clean and comfortable. A...

Florence is lovely, such a friendly, walkable city. This hotel was perfectly located on the southern border of the Boboli Gardens. Being runners, we dropped out suitcases, put on our running shoes and banged a right straight up to the Piazzale Michelangelo where you can get a breath taking view of the city. Then back down, showered and walked across...

Check is 1pm and we arrived around 11 and room was ready. The lady behind he desk very friendly and funny and decided to give us a bigger room. Quaint room with double outside door which is different and I guess keep the noise to minimum. Gave us a map and some directions and said that if we get lost...

After getting lost in Florence we eventually found the hotel in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. On check in Elvana gave us a map and told us the closest bus service and recommended the Firenze card to us. Room was wonderfully spacious and airy with an en-suite toilet/shower room. As it was the middle of October when we visited it wasn't...

The hotel is located within 20 minutes walk from the old city in Florence. in a safe neibourghood. Breakfast (continental) was included in the rate, and parking is free, so we ended up saving lots of money. Also, there was no extra charge for the dogs (we brought our two dogs with us). The staff was always friendly and spoke...

We stayed here for 3 nights in September. It is a converted villa just outside the Porta Romana in a residential neighborhood across from the Boboli Gardens. There is ample free parking, easy to find, and about as close as you can get without driving into the restricted driving zone of Florence. The longstanding staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms...
