Wow...to say this hotel is spectacular would be a severe understatement. We stayed here for 3 nights in late August. The hotel is immaculate...think classy and sophisticated, but still warm and inviting. We were able to book two connecting rooms, which overlooked the Arno river. The rooms were spacious and perfectly decorated. The pictures on the website are good representations of what they look like. They were so beautiful that our kids felt like they were the children of royalty! The hotel also offers a butler team, which reached out to us several days before our stay to ask about any preferences that we had. When we entered our rooms, they had set up welcome gifts for us, which included a bottle of local wine for my wife and I, as well as some peanuts, fruit and juices for our kids. They had also decorated our kids' room with multiple balloons and toys, which are kids absolutely loved. The bulter team will also offer free pressing of clothing each day and morning drinks. Every morning I called for fresh coffee, which was delivered in 5 minutes. It was great to wake up sipping fresh coffee while looking at the beautiful Arno. The breakfast they offer on the balcony was extremely luxurious and had a ton of options. In addition to pastries, fruits, cheeses, smoked fish, crudite, juice, coffee and multiple hot items, they also have a chef to prepare omelette's, pancakes and waffles cooked to order. The concierge offered us many great food recommendations, including two that we tried out (Pandemonio and Trattoria 4 Leoni). Both restaurants were fabulous and when we sat down at Pandemonio the waiter told us that the hotel had arranged for us to start with a bottle of Prosecco as a gift. Every night at 7pm, the hotel has a sommelier open a bottle of champagne at the bar with a sabre. Our kids were mesmerized to watch him do that. And it comes with a glass of complimentary champagne for each adult, I believe. Special thanks to Aldo, who was always very helpful in getting us a taxi when we needed it. Staying at this hotel was one of the best highlights of our recent trip to Italy. Would love to stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights, this is a classy hotel, with superb, friendly staff, the room I stayed in was absolutely stunning,, the facilities were top class and the interior oozed with elegance and good taste. The bar and dining staff were fantastic, my friend even got a chanc3 to perform sabrage on a champagne bottle in the bar. The rooms were spotless with good quality toiletries, I couldn’t find one fault It is not a cheap stay but worth every penny, I would give 5+ stars if I could.

This is a wonderful property and lives up to the reputation of what you expect from the St. Regis. Everything about our 5-night stay was luxurious. Great rooms and amenities with the hotel. Wonderful daily breakfast and "nightly ritual" for free champagne at the bar. Great concierge (shout out Yuri!) who made us dinner reservations and provided us ample water to recover after a day in the hot florence sun. This hotel will not disappoint and it's a better location (IMO) than the Four Seasons - so a wonderful luxe hotel.

Marvellous service..extremely warm staff. Rooms on point, food, extremely sumptuous. I am not a foodie but was looking forward to breakfast, dinner etc… couldn’t get enough of the ever fresh, delicious, healthy menu. The staff were extremely friendly and receptive to requests made. Hotel is walking distance to everywhere, definitely central. Our flight was at night and we were given a complimentary room to stay till we left for the airport. Concierge and butlers extremely knowledgeable. Reception staff were Godsend..When in Florence, look no further, this is where you should stay…especially the river view rooms.

to say it exceeded expectations is an understatement!! every aspect of the hotel is spectacular!!! our suite overlooking the Arno river and was beautifully appointed. the legendary butler service was perfect! and as we were there for the specific purpose of preparing a friend for his upcoming wedding, we leaned heavily on Salvatore (concierge) for everything (suit, wedding band and fragrances for the couple as well as every meal. Everything was an inspired recommendation and made this made for a remarkable trip that will be remembered for years to come! Thanks again to Salvatore!!

I had to start this review by saying that the banquet-like delicious breakfast overlooking the inner court is a great way to start any day in Florence! Most main sights in Florence are within walking distance and yet the Ognissanti neighborhood is calm and quiet. But more importantly, every staff member we spoke with during our stay went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. A few days ahead of our stay, we emailed the concierges for help with hard-to-get restaurant reservations and they got us exactly into the ones we wanted (which was particularly important as we went to Florence in July in the midst of a record-breaking tourist season). Congratulations to all the staff for keeping up such high standars.

St. Regis in Florence, Italy was superb. Our second stop on a B-Day trip for my wife. The room was booked under my wife's Bonvoy Gold account to use her points for the stay. I emailed the staff prior to our arrival that we were celebrating a birthday. We had a slight upgrade that was very nice. The room had a terrace overlooking the Arno River. Frescoed walls and posh Renaissance style decor wreaked of a luxury vacation. The entire staff from the front door personnel to the housekeeping crew were all top-notch, professional, friendly and very personable. The front desk manager was kind enough to include my Titanium number in the folio and allowed us to enjoy the free breakfast each morning. Breakfast was buffet and/or omelette bar...we did a little of both. Sabrage Ceremony at 7 pm. Of the three hotels from the trip...the St. Regis Florence was our favorite. Short walk to the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and most other sites. Highly recommended...we hope to be back someday!

We booked two rooms and were blown away at the impeccable, truly flawless, service. From the moment we met Aldo in the drive to the last moments when we check out, the staff is the best we have ever experienced in any of our travels. Every single employee we encountered would give a greeting when passing through the property. The rooms were gorgeous, very well maintained with all of the amenities you’d expect. The linens were crisp cotton, rooms cooled well even in the extreme heat of summer, plus generous water on the night stand and beverage cart. One amenity in the bathroom that was extra considerate was the facial cleansing balm; what a nice touch! Daily turndown service always left a little token sweet for the evening. The evening champagne ritual was fun and the cocktails and wine were wonderful. Lorenzo and several other gentlemen at the concierge desk helped us book restaurants (even getting a much desired 3 star Michelin dinner reservation at very short notice!) but also timed us into several locally loved trattorias that were delightful. It’s always so nice when the concierge offers suggestions to help us immerse in the local culture. The concierge desk also helped to confirm our transfers and tour details with the local providers. We shared a couples massage in the Iridium Suites which were so dreamy and relaxing after several days of travel and touring throughout the country. Overall, this St. Regis was beyond compare!
