This place is nothing short of sensational in every way . As a few of the posts state, Luigi is absolutely beautiful and a true, old fashioned Italian gent. He is beautifully mannered , helpful and genuinely charming.Franca is also gorgeous. Grassina is a great location for Tuscany. Pisa a bit less than one and a half hours away and...

We had a lovely time at our appartment. The hire car helped and the location was convenient yet quiet. The only down side were the ferocious insects. I counted Id been bitten120 times after two days reading by the pool. When I asked for advice we were given 2 plug ins to deter the mosquitoes. Shame these weren't given as...

We were beyond amazed with our stay at Borgo Bottaia! This was a quaint holiday house several apartments, but not a lot (which was why I booked it). Very spacious accommodations and property had breathtaking views from every inch! Luigi was wonderful, warm, accommodating and gave us great recommendations. We stayed only 4 days, not long enough. We took one...

This is a really nice set of villas to stay at and use as a base for visiting Florence & the surrounding areas. Got the bus in Florence, so avoided car parking. Then used hire car for travelling around various vineyards and Festivals - the best was the Jousting at Arezzo. The villa was clean tidy & F.A.B. views BUT...

Excellent facilities and hospitality (the best I´ve experienced in Italy). We stayed there last autumn. We had planned for a couple of nights and ended up staying 3 more nights. Luiggi´s hospitality was the best. Amazing views, peaceful place, and at the same time very close to the city centre. Excellent services in general. Recommended for families with small children...

July2013 Family. 2 adults, 2 children aged 11 and 13. I usually book our holidays independently but just couldn’t get what I wanted so ended up at the travel agent who found me this, through Intra Homes. I had nothing extra to pay. Cleaning, use of laundry facilities, air con, all included. The leaflet says electric stoves they are infact...

What an amazing week we had with 41 wedding guests. I cannot thank Luigi and Franca enough for their generosity, hospitality and wedding preparation help. Our daughter and new so -in-law had a truly magical wedding that they and their guests will never forget. We highly recommend this stunning location, just a short drive/bus journey from the centre of Florence....

We had a terrific time here. Lovely setting and handy (if you have a car). Rooms are well equipped and the pool is good. It's small scale br we liked that. All self catering but they give a lovely starter pack.
