Stayed at this pension style hotel for 2 nights. Facilities were good. we had a family room which was spacious with big wide bed. Bathroom was good. Located on the 1st floor this appeared to be about a 5 room "hotel". There is a lift to get ur luggage up but also stairs. This hotel has limited reception attendance -...

I was here with my family in November and we had the best time. This hotel is within walking distance of every major thing someone wants to visit in Florence. We could go out in the morning and later we could come relax for a bit or bring our shopping bags. The owners are very nice and helpful. The rooms...

You cannot beat the location of this hotel in Florence! You're in walking distance to almost everything. Besides that, though, the service was exceptional. The owner (Christian) was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for the best places to see and eat and he was very accommodating when we were running late and had a rental car that needed to be...

Hotel is situated right beside the Duomo which is amazing when visiting Florence. The room we stayed in had a small outside area with table and chairs which was a cute perk but it was in the middle of the building so other windows faced onto it. But still cute and a plus! Our room had a separate bathroom which...

Shortly before leaving for our holiday in Florence, I read some of the reviews, here. Naturally, I was concerned about the negative reviews, particularly as there had been a slight misunderstanding over credit card details. This was easily rectified, as was another worry we had about the possibility that we would arrive after 6pm, after which time Clara, the receptionist,...

Very odd place to stay, poorly signed, we walked by several times. Turns out it's located on the second floor of a building! We get buzzed in and told there was an issue with my credit card so the room was canceled but hey you are here so u can still have the room, thank god!! I used the same...

"Awaiting the Pleasure to Welcome You in Florence - Best Regards, Clara". It was a nightmare. We had made reservations in December 2013 with this lady to stay here on May 2, 2014. She even gave us a reservation number #151213-7719. She gave us her phone numbers too. Looked very professional indeed. On May 2 around 8pm we arrived in...

I was shocked after our experience here that I checked the reviews when we got back after our holiday. One of the reviews mirrored our trip exactly! We turned up and were told that there had been a leak across the whole floor and we needed to be relocated (we saw no water on the floor we were meant to...

First off, this house has a great location (but that isn't a relative benefit, because 80% of accommodations in Florence have great positioning considering Florence is small) But. The lack of management integrity is appalling - we were checked into a nice room on our first night, before getting chased out of it on the 2nd day because they said...
