The reception was good with the bonus of having fresh fruits every morning! The location was also perfect. 2 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from the must-sees like the Duomo and Leather market. Being near the station was also easy for us to get on the shuttle bus to the factory outlets! I have recommended...

La Residenza dell'Orafo has been steadily gaining popularity with good reason. First and foremost, the staff are incredible. Victoria was so warm and welcoming. She made us feel like long lost family who had arrived for a visit. She sent us off for the day with her phone number, just in case we needed anything. The rooms are immaculate. We...

They made me feel like home, the taller, skinny lady was so warm and friendly. I received a small bottle of sparkling wine upon check in as they know I was on a honeymoon. Room was spacious and clean. Despite staying on the 2nd level by the road, it wasnt noisy at all. Location was so near SMN station and...

Very sylish, roomy, comfortable and quiet room (good double glazing) - family room. Nearby good trattorias and eating places and about 10minute nice walk into city centre. Big...

We arrived in Florence @ night at the train station and they came over to make sure we found the B&B. Once inside the check-in was swift and painless. We asked where we could get some snacks since we were hungry and they told us about the grocery store just next door practically. Unexpectedly they then gave us a delicious...

Very spacious, romantic room with a great shower. We stayed in the Quartz room, which had a view of the back of Santa Maria Novella (if you stuck your head out the window). Service was amazing - Raphaella, Victoria and Gabriel were so friendly and helpful with everything from suggesting tours, helping with travel from Florence to Pisa and Lucca,...
