Really liked this place, sure to the comfort, size of room and extremely reasonable price. The host was incredibly helpful, friendly and funny. He gave us a free upgrade which was very nice. Great places to eat and get coffee nearby.

For the price we paid for this place we weren't expecting much. But wow! We were pleasantly surprised. We arrived late in the evening and the staff made our arrival so easy. Everyone was very accommodating and polite. Walking distance to all attractions! We couldn't have asked for more. We will stay here again!

The location of the hotel is not that very near nor very far. It's about 20 mins walking to the hotel from the train station. The street pavement leading to hotel can be narrow , so a bit troublesome if u pull a big luggage around. Once u reach the hotel, another issue if u have luggages cause there is...

If you can live without a fancy reception in the hotel, then this is probably a good choice in the center of tourist attractions at a decent price. The triple room was big enough with clean bathroom. No major issues, except that it's difficult to locate the first time around since there is no visible display board for the hotel,...

I don't know where to begin. The desk closed at 7:30 pm and left my key inside the hotel so I had no way to retrieve it. The phone numbers on the website were called an not answered until 9:50 pm. Around 10:00 pm I followed another guest who kindly let me in. I found the slip of paper (see...

This hotel is in a very great location, just a few minutes walk away from the main central square with the cathedral. However the rooms was very small and looked very tired and could do with an upgrade, especially compared to other hostels and hotels I've stayed in around Europe for a similar price. The shared bathrooms however look like...

A central, clean and basic hotel with very friendly staff. It is located around 5 mins walk from the Duomo, in a safe neighbiourhood. The room was spotlessly clean and we had an ensuite bathroom, which although small, was fine for our short stay in Florence. The staff was excellent, always very helpful and they replied immediately to emails sent.

Thank Arielle S
