The Palazzo is in a Piazza full of life. Great space without traffic and full of life at night. Don't worry the triple windows block out the noise for sleeping. Drinks on the Loggia are so very relaxing and the staff were very good. Breakfast was simple but absolutely fine. I would stay here again.

This is where you should stay if you go to Florence! The Hotel is situated in an old Palazzo and has one of the most wonderful terrasses in town with an astonishing view over the city. Enjoy a glass of wine after dinner on the terrasse or / and have breakfast there. But wait until you've seen your huge room!... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it has an excellent location on a lively square and for us everything was within walking distance that we wanted. On the square are a few bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good although mostly continental, this was excellent for us! Our room was number... More

This hotel was simply fabulous. We loved everything about it. Being our first trip to Italy, we had expectations - Hotel Palazzo Guadagni met all our hotel expectations. It is beautiful, romantic, and the views are awesome. Can't imagine picking a better place. We will be back!!!

We stayed in Palazzo Guadagni for one night this summer and it was perfect for our late arrival into Florence. The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the room was spectacular. The only complaint I have is that the room was bit stuffy even with the air on and the stairs were a bit hard... More

The room, the location and the staff are nothing short of wonderful. My family and I stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel Palazzo Guardagni and when we reflected on the flight home yesterday as to the high points of a three week vacation, all we could think about was how wonderful these 5 days were in Florence and The... We loved our weeklong stay here! Our superior room was spacious, with high ceilings, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available. The ac worked beautifully too. But the real charm of the place is the location in a hip square where locals and tourists live it up at night. Lots of restaurants too! If you... More

The location is good, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is a plus. I do not recommend for elderly, children or people with many bags, because the access to the rooms is via stairs. The speed of the wifi could be better. The breakfast is basic, very simple.

The reception for the hotel is up a flight of stairs. A nice young man volunteered to carry our bags up for us. We were sorry to find that they did not have our reservation (which we made in January through their website). They placed us in one of their premium suites for the night. It was magnificent. The ceiling... More

This is a beautiful period hotel with a very special terrace overlooking Florence. The rooms are spacious and elegant. Breakfast is simple and excellent with lots of fruit. The hotel is helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. It has a unique atmosphere and is situated in a lively area with good inexpensive restaurants.
