Absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful spot in the middle of Florence. The staff was so nice and helpful, and made us a fantastic spritz on the roof as well! Room was clean, beautiful, well air conditioned. Fairly easy walk from the train station. Would highly, highly recommend, especially for the price.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at the Milu Hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the hotel is immaculately clean and it is centrally located on a very upmarket street (Prada is directly across the street). We would stay there again and highly recommend.

Phenomenal! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure youre happy. The location is great. You are close to everything. Less thsn a ten minute walk to the duomo 5 minuted to the leather market. Can't recommend highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The staff is absolutely incredible. They took care of us long before I arrived, answering questions, helping plan excursions and booking transportation on our behalf. Every single staff member went above and beyond. While I can’t remember all of their names, Francesca, Eva, and Jessica were a few of the wonderful people who contributed to our incredible stay. The location couldn’t be more perfect and the lounge on the top floor with free unlimited coffee/cappuccino was a nice touch. Thank you so very much for going out of your way to make sure we had a wonderful trip. We appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.

Room and beds were very confortable. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. Plenty of space in the room. Great location in the center of town. Free mini bar and cappuccinos! Would definitely recommend again to anyone traveling to Florence.

Everything about this place was perfect: location, quality of room, free rooftop, value, etc. for our two-day visit to Florence as tourists. Loved the high-class touches (elevator was so cool and chic, scents around the hotel, nice helpful concierges, etc.) too.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in July. The location couldn't be better. I wasn't thrilled with the City of Florence, but you can reach all the sights easily by foot when staying here. Breakfast on the roof was nice also.
