First scam was that the parking rate announced through booking.com was not respected. Even when I showed the page printed, they refused to take it into account. I thought this was really not fair. But the worst was still to come. On the hotel desk was a presentation for an guided excursion on the etna with a jeep, for 65...

We, two mature couples, spent two nights at this delightful hotel. We would find it difficult to find fault with this hotel. It is convenient for all the sites of Tairmina with free wifi and an excellent breakfast. We had a slight problem with our shower, but this was fixed immediately after we reported it. The external area is superb...

We were late finding a hotel in Taormina, as it is a very touristic place. We stumbled upon Elios and we are very happy. We got a room in 522 (the 5th floor). The lift goes to the 4th but we got a very nice room on the 5th, with an AWESOME view. I have to say that the wifi...

We, four people, accommodated 2 nights in Taormina Elios Hotel between 27-29 May 2016. As we know the city tax is 2 € per night, but the hotel withdrawn it as 4,5 € per person per night and we paid 36 € totally for four people. On the other hand, the hotel also withdrawn 60 € instead of 30 €...

The rooms were very basic for the price we paid. It was not clean in our room and when we rold the lady at reception she responded with "the rooms are cleaned every day". Not the repsonse we wanted. Air conditioning is NOT free, so my cousin and I roasted alive in our room and were bitten by mosquitos alot!...

We were delighted with Elios Hotel. Our room was very comfortable, the staff was wonderful. We could see the ocean and Aetna from our balcony and there was an even better view from the terrace lounge. Breakfast is great, free wifi, parking is available which is not insignificant in this popular town. Elios is near the spectacular public garden, ma...

We enjoyed the accommodation of this hotel for a couple of days. It was really clean and the location was very good, nice views of the both the mountain and the see, besides this the room was basic - but more than enough for what we needed. The staff was really friendly, gave us recommendation of what to do around.

This was the most expensive hotel on out Sicily trip, and also the most basic. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. Can in fact best be described as a toilet and shower in a cupboard. The view from the rooftop terrace on the other hand is spectacular and breakfast in the open air with the signature Taormina...
