Our GPS did not work in Siricusa, so this former villa was not easy to find. We stopped several times to ask people for directions. They pointed us in the general direction, but it was like driving in ever smaller circles. This former villa is an excellent place to stay. And my wife are still married after seeing the sites...

My husband and I were on an long road trip in Southern Italy. We stayed in approximately 14 different towns and 14 different hotels or B&Bs. Hotel Caiammari was clearly the the stay we both liked the very least. The windows in our room had all been opened. There were no screens. Our room had flys and mosquitoes when we...

Good base for exploring Syracuse and beyond! Spacious room and wonderful variety of breakfast options (pizza for breakfast? Yes please). Nice pool area and bar serving drinks and lunchtime snacks. Ate in the restaurant for dinner twice - both times were tasty with really good wine.

One of the biggest attractions when viewing online was the 25m swimming pool, which didn't disappoint - and in late June was virtually empty except at weekends. The hotel hosts weddings and receptions then, so is inevitably a great deal noisier and busier, with some disturbance until the early hours, but none of that came as a surprise. The room...

We had a wonderful stay at the Caimmari hotel in the end of July. The hotel staff, especially Andrea were so welcoming and gave our great tips on visiting the vineyards etc. We felt very welcome there. The room was very clean and cozy and the pool was great and long enough for a proper swim workout. Grazie!

I am writing this review with disbelief that there are individuals out there whom have endured a 'terrible' or even a 'unsatisfactory' stay at this hotel. Me and my partner Katy stayed here for ten days a short while ago and we can comprehensively say (as avid travellers) this is one of the best places we have stayed. And the...

We spend several days in this amazing hotel and received the best service ever. Special thanks to Andrea, who made our stay an incredible experience. He truly is an amazing host and the restaurant served the best food ever tasted! This is a lovely place to stay for honeymoon. The rooms are clean and the swimming pool is to die...

This is probably the most relaxing hotel we have ever stayed in. Certainly the most courteous and friendly. The former Manor House retai ns a certain charm and the grounds are beautifully maintained, with interesting botanical planting. The pool area is very well maintained and the grounds immaculate. The food is certainly top class with emphasis on organic and locally...

We spent several nights here while we were visiting the local tourist spots in Syracusa. The grounds are beautiful, pool area large, modern and very attractive. The room was well appointed, with well equipped shower room and private patio. There was an excellent buffet breakfast provided each day, with an option to eat on the terrace or inside. The restaurant...
