#15 of 579 in Palermo
At Vespa Bed & Breakfast, la nostra casa e la tua casa (our home is your home). The B&B is tastefully decorated in Sicilian antiques, modern pieces and Vespa inspired artwork. We offer single, double, and triple rooms, each with a private balcony. All rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Vespa B&B also has a beautiful terrace - the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning and typical Sicilian food & wine in the evening. A nice breakfast room, living room, and dining room are also at your disposal. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the house. Vespa B&B is proud to be the first bed & breakfast dedicated to Vespa, an icon of Italy throughout the world. The B&B is centrally located in the heart of historical Palermo in Palazzo Cavarretta, a building owned by the same family since the 17th century. Our goal at Vespa B&B is for you to feel at home and enjoy our wonderful city as much as we do. Upon arrival, the owners will explain everything you need to know about Palermo to help maximize your time in Sicily: typical Sicilian foods, where to eat and drink as the locals do, sights you shouldn't miss, and how to get to all the attractions nearby with ease. Whatever you're looking for from your next vacation, we can help you make it happen.

Attention. This is not a party hostel, but it is in fact a peaceful and relaxing setting where you can unwind at the end of the day. Cha Cha is the best host he pretty much planned out my entire itinerary for my time in Palermo and he knows the city like the back of his hand. P.S Ask Cha Cha about the walking food tour.

Pepe (the propriator) is a great dude, both entertaining and humble. He very clearly cares for his guests and makes the hostel feel like a temporary home. Met some really nice people at the hostel- me and my buddy haven't really socialized with other guests at hostels before but Pepe made sure it happened- and it made the stay twice as fun as some of us went out each night exploring the town, eating and enjoying some drinks. Oh, and the air condition is on point.

I had expected that this would be the typical hostel experience, but it was definitely not. Pepe, the co-owner of the B&B made it his job to get to know the guests, acquaint the guests with Palermo, and even facilitate the guests getting to know each other. This made for a very intimate, almost bonding-like experience among the guests. Vespa is VERY centrally located, too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I wholeheartedly recommend!

Vespa's location is hands-down perfect! It's on Palermo's bustling but pleasant main pedestrian street, a 5-min walk from the 'must visit' sights and neighborhoods, with great food & drink options around. Giuseppe and Cha Cha are friendly hosts. They make sure to introduce travelers to one-another and have good city tips. Our double room was very clean and well-maintained. However, it could use a shower-head with more pressure :) Also, opt for greater fire safety and don't fully lock the window at night!

This B&B seriously outperforms any other i've ever visited. The hosts Giuseppe and Cha Cha go through great lenghts to make you both feel comfortable and to experience the best of Palermo. The location is good and daily cleaning is really thorough. I've extended my stay 2 times, and I wasn't the only one. The home-made arancinis by giuseppe were much appreciated!
