This hotel was rated highly by a travel agent but turned out to be extremely spartan. The bed was hard and towels were thin. It is, however, in a great location, if you don't mind being right across from a tattoo parlor. It is an easy walk to Teatro Massimo.

There is so much noise at that tiny alley especially at nights. Take your earplugs! But the hotel it self was good. Clean, great beds, good breakfast with many things to choose. But if they can do something to that hullabaloo at the alley, this would be 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in the center of Palermo next to the shopping streets, very convenient location !!! The rooms are very spacious, and recently refurbished, the bathroom had an extra shower too, which was very convenient as we were a family of four. The breakfast was not up to the room standards, but I would still strongly recommend the hotel...

Firstly I will stress that as a location it is perfectly placed within the "new" city centre. The hotel itself is clean and relatively well maintained. However, there are two issues that stand out that could create a problem. Firstly the walls are paper thin and this means that you can hear everything in surrounding rooms. We heard a telephone...

Spent a few days in this hotel which is very well located 100m from the popular Ruggero Settimo, with Teatro Massimo on one side and Politeama on the other. Large comfortable room. Very good breakfast and helpful reception.

We ordered a room with kitchen so we expected to have such a mini-flat/ To be honest, we expected more...But everything is in order. I 'll begin with pluses: 1. Location! - couple of steps from teatro al Massimo and the main shopping street. 5 minites walking from piazza Ruggero Settimo from where there are buses to the beach, to...

At our arrival the guy at the reception topd us that he upgraded our room to a Superior, free of charge. • We opened the room door and it felt like someone smoked a joint minutes before our arrival. We opened the window and we slept like that all night. In the morning the smell has the same intensity. •...
