Nice hotel conveniently located in central city; excellent breakfast that includes a "make your own" cannoli bar. Next to tree-lined neighborhood streets for a quiet walk. Only drawbacks: tiny bathroom where you have to step over the toilet to get to the shower; and typically "hard-as-a-rock" Italian mattress. Not the best night's sleep.

I spend one night here with my boyfriend. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. We received a welcome fruit basket and local cookies. Continental breakfast was exceptional with a variety of local pastries and cakes and freshly squeezed juices.

Wonderfully situated hotel in the centre of Palermo. Huge room, complete with bathroom. The service was second to non! Nothing was to much. Breakfast the best we have had since arriving 5 days ago. Fruit plate to welcome us in our room. Superb bus service to the airport €6:30 each 50 minutes. Older building, well maintained, clean as a whistle.... More

I was touring Sicily with an architecture and wine tasting group, spending three nights in Palermo. The nine of us who requested single accommodations, paying the single supplement, were promised double rooms with no twin beds and of the size that sharing couples were given. When I walked in and saw the small room with a single twin bed I... More

Cooked English available unlimited tea/coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, numerous types of bread. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Very helpful reception staff who spoke... More

Our room was huge with tasteful decorations and a comfortable bed. The location was very central so walking to attractions was easy. The staff were very friendly and efficient, even at 4:00am. Great upscale shops in the area - Gucci, Prada. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. As it faces the main piazza, noise can be a problem... More

The room was clean and bright, with an excellent view (I was on the 8th floor, corner). The breakfast was fantastic. Service was excellent. And the location couldn't be better. It was within walking distance to all the major areas you'd want to see in the city and the bus to the airport stops at the curb in front of... More

This hotel is quintessentially Italian - Italian decor, Italian furniture, Italian beds, Italian Italians but the 'piece de resistance' was the breakfast. A great spread delivered every morning that had me bursting at the seams every time. A whole bread bar was complimented by a great selection of meats, cheeses and other culinary delights. Being a typical Brit I thought... More
