Contacting the hotel on their website is your best bet. I think that they have parking available near the hotel, but am not positive. We took cabs and horse and buggy to see the city.

is parking available at the hotel?
I would suggest rent a car when needed. By walk you reach everything in 20 min maximum. Monreale you can go by bus.
