We had a nice room but the service has been terrible. Ordered room service for breakfast. When I (a woman) did not answer the door immediately because I was changing clothes, the man just walked into the room to deliver the food. Seriously,?, Give me...More
We could handle the room being a bit tired, but the towels are thread bare and the dressing gowns had holes in them, the rooms were clean, but old and tired the bath got blocked and so the shower was full of water as the...More
I liked the hotel. I read reviews about inattentive and indifferent staff, so I was a little worried. But I liked the location (I looked it up using Google map). Was pleasantly surprised - the staff is cute and polite. The hotel is chic. Breakfasts...More

Trouble with this hotel is that it is too big and therefore popular with tour groups.
Breakfast is average, they start clearing away at 10am ready for tour group lunches.
Bathrooms are OK but the bed was awful, old, worn out and uncomfortable.

as far as I recall this hotel is inside ZTL so private cars without special permits can not enter the area. If you are renting a car then contact the hotel and they will advise re parking options and permits to enter the area. We parked the rental car outside of ZTL on the street (for free) and then took a taxi to the hotel, we had car for just 2 days in Palermo to do some day trips. The taxi fare was not much more than parking inside ZTL and paying for the permit (daily?) plus for parking itself.
