A small but perfectly formed spa. They only allow a maximum of 6 people in at once so you feel like the spa is yours. A wonderful massage was had I would go back in a flash. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Our experience was quite positive. We had great wifi (streamed news from home occasionally) and our room was perfectly cleaned each day. We enjoyed their full and complete breakfast daily. No issues checking in or out. Some noise at night due to nearby renovation of a different building. Otherwise, I would have rated sleep quality higher.

Very nice location, but hotel is in need of allot of repair. Safes don't work, door locks don't work, and internet is intermittent. The restaurant has a nice view and serves good food. The staff is very responsive, although their morning coffee is terrible with Nescafe instant. Stay elsewhere. Ken

Great location! We were able to walk everywhere. Staff was helpful and friendly. I requested a bathtub and ours, in room 310, was long and a pleasure to be in. Our room was large with a small balcony. The lighting in the room was so dim we had trouble reading. Wifi was strong at the other end of the hall,...

I was genuinely disappointed by my stay at Porta Felice. I had repeated issues with their Wi-Fi and worst of all the room was not that clean. When I came in, I saw strands of hair and some weird substance in the shower. There was a mustiness in my room and there was a hole in my chair. They removed...

Great location for many attractions. We were able to walk where we wanted to go. Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast strong. Lift. Spa on site. Room large and well appointed. Tables have "leather" tops that look very worn. Hardwood floors. Bathroom large with good shower. Dinner available in the 4th floor bar starting 7pm. Good menu. Above average. Positive...

A bit off the beaten track in an area known as La Kalsa, the oldest district of Palermo. However staff was wonderful and any need was seen to immediately. Close to Piazza Marina where there were several lovely restaurants and a large flea market on Sunday. A long but easy walk to the center of town. Breakfast buffet simple but...

This hotel is very difficult to find and hidden down a dark secluded road that has a strange unsafe feel to it. On arrival the the reception wanted to take passports away for the night and were not particularly friendly, the check in took quite a long time and this was quite unnecessary. The room was large but felt empty...

This is a really comfortable and well organised hotel, in the old town of Palermo less than 20 metres away from the Sea Front of the original port and old Arab and later Spanish battlements/defences. It is situated just opposite the ancient Villa where Tomasi wrote his comprehensive account of the collapse of the old Monarchy and the rise of...
