Whenever I visit a big city, I look for a place that is quiet, in addition to being clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It is really hard to believe that this place is 1/2 block from a major square because once inside you do not hear any street noise at all. I arrived here by car and also by taking...

We loved staying at Palazzo Pantaleo! We stayed five nights. We arrived at midnight on a Saturday night and Giuseppe met us at the street where our taxi driver dropped us off. The taxi driver tried to charge us an extra 20 euros but Giuseppe made sure we were charged the right price. We ate breakfast (included in the price)...

Thank you to Giuseppe for his hard work and years with the beautiful restoration of this lovely B&B in the heart of Palermo. It was easy to get around on foot or by bus. Downstairs is a famous savoury pastry shop that is worth visiting. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast has a delicious continental selection of...

Stayed at the Palazzo Pantaleo for two nights on my way to and from the Aeolian islands. The location of this charming B&B is ideal for exploring Palermo. The rooms are classic, comfortable and clean. And the host during our stay couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you!

Stayed here on the way through Palermo to the Aeolian Islands, and found our host to be very welcoming, enchanting and entertaining. The room was comfortable and far bigger than I'm used to in NYC, and we were more than happy to cancel our hotel in Palermo the following weekend just to come back to Palazzo Pantaleo for one more...

This place is 50 yrds from where the Prestia bus lets you off at the square. The location is about 4 blocks from the Teatro Massimo and the introduction to the central historical district. Our room was great and comfortable and the air con was great. The breakfast was excellent with great melon and strong strong coffee. We liked that...

A real Trip Advisor gem this one - ticks all the boxes. Very secure rooms in a very nice 1930s period building in the heart of the City, within easy/flat walking distance of the ferries, the historic old town, bars, restaurants, take-away Sicilian street food, exclusive modern shops & gardens. Nice brekkie every morning too. Our room was in the...

From word one of our we mails I could tell that there was something special about guiseppe the owner of this lodging. He has humor, loads of it. I laughed for actual minutes just easing our communications. But this is a dry humor that you have yo appreciated. It always amazes me when people can be funny in more than...

This a wonderful B and B in the heart of Palermo. Elegant spacious comfortable rooms, beautifully decorated. The owner is a charming and fascinating gentleman who recommended an excellent restaurant nearby. We want to stay longer on our next visit. If your son is interested in collecting vinyl records, Palermo's only record shop is next to the entrance to the...

You would never guess that Palermo is reputed to be the noisiest city in Europe when you are inside this great B&B. I agree that Giuseppe's humor takes getting used to, but his helpfulness is extraordinary.
