Catania Centro Rooms is located just a few blocks up the street (Via Etnea) from the major Piazza areas, so many interesting historic buildings and parks/gardens are well within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and hotel staff were very helpful with travel information. Breakfast was very good.

Let me start with the good things as these are few: central location, ok breakfast Bad: 1. toilet makes loud and strange sounds when light on or flushed toilet- even when lights off, stranger sound for 1 more minute- which at night is not at all convenient... 2. Toilet not functional with paper- so imagine all the paper used in... More

From Catania Airport l took the Alibus who takes you near the hotel, on Etnea street. I found the hotel with the GPS, it's right on the corner of Viale Regina Margherita. You will see a big portal door. Ring the button for Centrale 1 and you will be let inside the building. The hotel is on the first floor... More

Even if location is a little bit difficult to find is very easy to reach the most important things in Catania. From airport Fontanarosa the most convenient way to arrive at the hotel is Alibus- 4 euro. When you exit the airport go to the left and near taxi station there is Bus station- busses with AliBus written and a... More

Absolutely loved this place, clean, friendly, welcoming, completely central to everything. Staff are the best staff I have ever encounted in a hotel , anything you need they will help if possible nothing was too much trouble, 24 hr reception cannot stress how much we loved this place, and we will definitely be returning in the near future

I stayed here on the New Year's Eve. The hotel staff was very welcoming to explain about the room and hotel. Also they prepared a complimentary sparkling wine specially on this day. This hotel is located at one floor of a building which shared a entrance with 3 other buildings. So when you arrive at the address, you will see... More

Tidy, staff don't speak english well. At 8:30 a.m. on breakfast there were not rolls. In hotel's area are any shops and restaurants. Staff will show you where you can leave your car for free near the building.

I stayed at this hotel last October for 1 night with some friends. First of all, it looks nothing like a hotel, based on the 2nd floor in a residential house. We asked for a triple room and got a double room, they just added another bed in the room which made everything too tight and unable to move around.... More
