Very old not so well maintained hotel.. yet good location .. no hot water .. shower area leaking all over ..bad hygiene .. staff was defensive and not helpful .. dirty entrance .. lousy breakfast .. absolutely not recommended
After a trip to mount Etna all I needed to do is take a hot shower , NO HOT WATER , despite multiple complaints and assurances that the problem is solved , no hot water at night nor the next morning .
