I stayed in this hotel just for 2 nights and I it was quite ok. The hotel staff I would say is just "normal". They were not too courteous but there was nothing bad with them in my case, like apparently other travellers had. The room for two was really large, as was the bathroom. The balcony was on the...

Katane palace hotel may have been four star but it's not today. We paid the extra for a deluxe room with a balcony; the balcony was very plain, and having no furniture on it (or anything useful in the room) it was useless. The advertising proudly annouced the FREE MINIBAR, so did the sign in the lift, and the nice...

Not so ideal neighborhood. Only limited number of cars can be placed in the small garage... Our car wasn't so lucky. So we have to pay a city parking 3 days in a row. Beds were comfortable, Breakfast good... but every day the same. no cottage cheese, no oat flakes. But really good cookies and croissants...

We have stayed at this hotel for a week. The breakfast was really nice in a small garden with a good choice of food. Staff not very friendly but it 's ok we did not have problems. Distance to the center is 12-15 minutes by foot so not far. Nevertheless, the beds were not done for a week as well...

Happily we had a big discount for the room at this hotel! Because rooms are very old, doors barely close, minibar contains only water (it's written there "free minibar".Not a surprise). Big balcony is a plus, though it doesn't contain any chairs or anything. Location is central, and quite calm at the same moment, which is a plus also.

We stayed here before a few years back, and it was lovely, so we decided to go back and stay. We felt the hotel was jaded, it needs revamped, very tired looking, the room we has was ok , but the breakfast area is beautiful, to sit outside to eat. The food was good also, but we felt not as...

A spotlessly clean hotel, with a delightful courtyard centre where you may eat meals. This hotel is a great stopover due to Catania being a bustling city, transported to any other classic seaside town this would be a great place to stay two weeks in. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.

This was our favorite of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Sicily. The exterior, which is on a side street, gives no hint of the understated elegance of the spacious interior. The wide marble halls and parlors with an abundance of seating are a subtle play of creamy yellow and pale teal. The woodwork and...
