This is a very well located B and B and quite a comfortable place to stay. The terrace has wonderful views of the bay and there is a small kitchen for guests to use should they want to prepare their own snacks. The host is overly enthusiastic - offering endless advice and lengthy recommendations. It would be useful to have written confirmation of prices to avoid confusion.

I am more accustomed to staying in large hotels and so this was a new experience for me. It had a very personal touch with Sabrina welcoming you into the B&B. The whole place is immaculately clean. Special mention also to Roberta who was such a delight and helpful and the housekeeper (sorry did not get her name) who kept our room spotless every day and was really kind. The bedroom had air con and was a good size. My only criticism would be that there were no drawers to put clothing that could not be hung up in the wardrobe. This was a little irritating as they either had to be left in your case or left out on a chair. The rooftop terrace was a huge bonus and the use of a kitchen . The view from the terrace is great and at the end of a busy day walking, it was a great place to have a glass or 2 of wine and unwind. As there are only a few rooms, it was nice to chat to the other people staying there over breakfast on the terrace and whilst we were there, we met some lovely people from Ireland and Australia. This establishment is quirky, especially the lift, but this all adds to the holiday and makes it a special, memorable, and unique experience. I would recommend to others.

We were nicely greeted on arrival. Parked right outside for 2 hours. We were dissappointed to the room had no view. From the terracce the view was very nice over the harbour. The B@B was perfectly located for a lot of good restaurants Breakfast was also very good

Best location in Cagliari with a wonderfull roof terrace with a view of the boats. Sabrina and her staff take care of you as in the best way. My room was big and quite and the bed was great. Breakfast on the terrace was the perfect way to start the day and they went out of their way to make sure I dicovered the best parts of Cagliari. I can strongly recommend this lovely B&B. Thank you Sabrina!

We had an excellent romantic stay. The greatest hospitality approach in town, and definitely the best location and views. Incredible rooftop terrace available 24/7, with the best views of the city and over the sea. Generous and warm welcome, flexible service. Unforgettable experience with my girlfriend. Will definitely return.
