last week of the season stay--unaware of this when making last minute booking-only problems - not able to have lunch at the hotel nowhere nearby open. room good and well maintained food good -the main dishes were served however not a problem as you could have as much as you wanted-desserts very limited. drinks well priced and good service allocated table on the first night (good idea) you had it for the stay very good pool area even had a lifeguard for half a dozen guests-good of the owner to keep his staff employed poor choice of light bites at the pool bar all the staff were friendly and good nice walk into the main area and short stroll to the beach overall a good hotel a mention for the rep--attended the presentation - we normally do not bother however the time was spot on--the lady was great -none of the usual hard sell, she was passionate about her Island and it showed--she was also very helpful when asked anything

The hotel area is suited close to the beach and not far from town center. Staff is nice and it's very clean. Unfortunately, the furniture of the apartments is held minimalistic: - no curtains, no upholstery on the sofa or on the hard wood chairs, no pictures on the blank high walls, no lampshades, no tablecloth, no decoration - the hairdryer could only be plugged in the kitchen, the socket in the bathroom didn't fit - the shower tube had a hole so most of the water ran out before it reached the shower head. Maybe the hotel rooms are set up a bit nicer, but the apartment didn't feel really homey or cosy. Can be ok for one or two nights, but not for a longer time.

Stayed two weeks from 14th to 28th Sept. I had read a lot of the reviews about the hotel. On arrival we were checked in very quick,we had rooms overlooking the car park, they were quiet and looking out towards some lovely countryside. The hotel is cash free which was very good, we paid after the first week and again at the end. The shop attached is cash. The pizzeria is good and take away. The staff at hotel w ere all friendly and efficient, rooms were spotless. The food was very good I have a food intolerance and diabetic (diet controlled) on a few occasions I did struggle and the chef cooked food for me that didn't have any sauces etc. On the desert front the one chef would get me desert without icing sugar on it so I cannot say anything but praise for the restaurant, also the waiting on staff were excellent. The grounds that the hotel are set are kept immaculate. The beach across the road is white sand and blue sea through pine trees. It takes about 35mins walk to Alghero but well worth the effort. The local bus can be a bit hit and miss but only costs 1.5 euros. All in all an excellent holiday

We had a really great stay at the residence oasis (the self catered apartments attached to the hotel). The hotel is lovely, with two great pools, and lots of other facilities. The location is also good, across from a nice beach. The walk to Alghero is about 35 minutes but flat and easy. There is a bus that leaves from just outside the hotel. The apartment was great overall, with a lovely bedroom, fantastic shower, and nice living area. The only downside was the kitchen. It was fine for the 4 nights we were here, but you’d struggle to be properly self-catered for much longer. There’s only two hobs and a microwave, and it’s missing fairly basic utensils (eg wooden spoon, there’s only one knife and chopping board, and no plug or washing up bowl for the sink). There’s also no hot water from the kitchen tap. It also would be nice to have things like washing up liquid and a sponge provided because it’s a pain having to buy them for just a few nights. That said, we asked for some wine glasses (because only water glasses are provided) and the hotel were really helpful and let us use some from the restaurant for our stay.
