We spent a week here with no complaints about the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff. However, we felt the hotel was a bit old fashioned and would benefit with some modernising. Although the breakfast lounge (tent) location was nice the food selection was poor. We were also disturbed late at night by local youngsters who seemed to have...

I stayed here for business and was very impressed. Nice beach and pool. Spacious Conference Center. The hotel advised against drinking the water in the room, and for the first few days I purchased water from the bar, but I found that the water in the room is just fine. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.

Stayed at the calabona last year it's a lovely hotel the staff are excellent hard working never stopping to please but it has its downfalls like no entertainment at all so if you are expecting something like Spain then you will be disappointed it's a nice little stroll to the centre where there is plenty of bars and the harbour...

Visited at the beginning of September & had a lovely time. All the staff were friendly, helpful and happy to help. The room was very clean, food was lovely and I particularly enjoyed breakfast in the marquee. The waiters will make you a coffee of your choice if you ask as the coffee from the machine is not that good....

We have recently returned from a one week stay in Hotel Calabona - this was our first trip to Sardinia. I have to admit that, as many others have stated previously, the staff here really make this hotel. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, a member of staff greeted us and took our luggage to our room....

This was our first trip to Sardinia so booked the package with Thomson after reading reviews. The hotel is wonderful, food was good, we paid for a sea view room, and it well worth it. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a high light for us. All the staff are nice, rooms are clean and well maintained, and even...

This hotel by far has the most loveliest staff we have ever met! All of them were friendly and my husband was unwell they helped us and even offered to pick us up from hospital. Our room was lovely and clean, pool was never too busy and pool attendant was very diligent keeping it tidy and making sure everyone was...

This is the third time I have stayed in Hotel Calabona since 2012 and, returning this year for a week's stay, I am pleased to report that it has not lost its charm. In fact, nothing much seems to have changed at the hotel, although in a good way. We were greeted from the taxi in the courtyard, by the...
