Unfortunately I can't base this review on our stay, as due to Covid 19, we were unable to go. This is based on the amazing customer service we recieved. With understanding and kindness during this difficult time they made a very difficult situation alot easier. Thank you to the General Manager and Alberto. We hope to be able to visit soon.

Lovely large, clean rooms. Very friendly & helpful staff. Short walk to both the old town & the port area. This hotel has a lot going for it. BUT, the design means that people walk past your window & can see in, so curtains must be kept closed for privacy. I came out of the lift & saw a guest peering into my empty room ! Installing one-way glass would solve this, but a cheaper option would be to have voile/net curtains as well as the blackout blinds. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 4 nights. Hotel is located kind of uptown where you need to walk down to the oldtown, bayside central. But we enjoyed seeing streets, dropping in cafe (coffee cream was good!) and shops including supermarket while walking toward the central. Room was spacious even with one extra sofa bed. Amenities are botanical base and supplied sufficient enough. Pool on the top was small, but you can relax on the deck chair. (we saw many pigeons on the edge of pool, though) You can have breakfast outside terrace next to a dining room. We enjoyed make-yourself fresh orange juice machine which produces very sweet one. Yogurt with homemade (?) prunes in the syrup and yogurt cake were our favorite. Staff are very kind and friendly. It is certainly not high-end "5 star + L" rank hotel, but nice place to stay.

Hotel has the cleanest rooms and wonderful room cleaners. Rooms were spacious and shower was hot and powerful. Coffee at breakfast was the worst that I have ever tasted which is unusual for Italy! One of the receptionist was charming and very helpful whilst the other (slightly younger) was verging on rude! Hotel is close to old town and in a quiet residential area so met all our needs. Supermarket was close by too. Rooftop pool was pleasant although I would imagine that in high summer it may either be too busy or too hot.

Came here with my cousin for a week. Beautiful room. Spotlessly clean.Bathroom large and lovely shower. Rooftop has small pool with plenty of sunbeds.. never crowded. Not for those with children however which for us was a plus. Located in residential area a 10-15 minute walk to harbour etc. Breakfast good (coffee could be better but not a huge issue!) and the concierge (incredibly like Stephen Fry!) was a delight. Would recommend this hotel for being quiet yet central and staff very pleasant.
