We met up with an old friend of ours who lives in Milan. None of us had been to Bari and when booking the hotel I had been a bit worried about some of the mixed reviews. However we should not have worried. The reception area is very spacious and up market. We were upgraded to a suite rather than...

We spent a week at this hotel recently, and enjoyed every minute of it. Particularly praiseworthy was the service, which was cheerful, helpful and friendly at all times, without ever being either intimidating or obsequious, both of which are traps that grand old hotels often fall into. To get down to the usual details - LOCATION is as good as...

Rude Rude Rude Hotel nice bar staff lovely BUT reception awful!!! Just so rude. They completely ignored my family and left them waiting at reception whilst they were on their computers. Felt like they looked down on us at all dealings with them. We returned to Bari 3 nights later and booked a different hotel because of them. Restaurant staff...

Had a great stay, the hotel is in a good location and near to the old town which is very pretty. Visited Metana & Alberobello via train which was easy. The staff at the hotel are friendly & helpful, there's a trendy bar for evening drinks... would recommend

This was our first stop on a 10-day tour of Puglia, Italy. Very comfortable room and public areas. Helpful staff, and very close to the sites and restaurants of this charming, historic city. The people of Bari were as charming as the hotel staff. Highly recommend the regional cuisine.

The company that I work for has started using this hotel for business trips. At first it seems like a perfect hotel but, once you have been here for a short while you get frustrated with the little niggles. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and well located for shops and restaurants. The staff are, mostly, very helpful and...

The hotel needs a refreshment, floors, walls, tiles... probably to expensive? the beds are (very) firm and the curtains in the room are not all descent hanging on the rails. It is noisy and very, very hot in the room. I tried (as I could see on the button not as the first person) to get it colder on the...

The location of the hotel is great. You are very close to the shopping area, restaurants and the old city. But the hotel rooms aren't comfortable, very poor decoration and furnishing. Also very bad infrastructure!!I wanted to take a shower but the water was either boiling hot or very cold, it was a dissaster.

Great location, superb staff. Lovely room, with everything you could possibly need I would add a little vanity pack for the bedrooms, I broke a nail and needed a nail file, cotton pads would be good too, Bari is a buzzing city and there is a lot of traffic and noise but it did not disturb us. The bar is...

This hotel's saving grace is the breakfast - it is absolutely awesome. They have amazing sweets and anything you could want for breakfast, plus the cappuccino was on point. As far as the rooms go, far from what we were expecting, and not in a good way considering what we paid. The room was seriously outdated and it was blatantly...
