Dear Mr. Papagayo12, thank you for choosing the Hotel Aurora for your stay in Verona. Our position is right in the middle of the historic centre at the corner of the most ancient and beautiful square of the city: Square Erbe. All major attractions can be easily reached by few minutes walk, while the train station is 30 minutes walking distance or 10 minutes by bus. We are really happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay and that … you will be back! We shall look forward already to your return. Kind regards, The Direction

Liked · The staff and location makes this hotel. It was very conveniently located and we could walk everywhere. The staff was very polite and helpful, always with a smile. Competitive price. I'd probably stay there again, but would look into how their bigger rooms compare pricewise to other establishments. Disliked · The room was too small, there was not enough room for our luggage (one small, one medium bag). Bathroom quite small too. No duvet, just a blanket-type cover. Very few sockets. Bring earplugs, as it gets quite noisy, especially from the outside, but also not very thick walls. I could smell the breakfast in the mornings (eg. smell of toast).

Dear Mrs. Justbefree, thank you for your kind feedback. It is nice to read that you liked the assistance of our staff and the location. Hotel Aurora is right in the middle of the historic center, just a few steps away from all major attractions, bars and restaurants. On weekends the city might get busy and sometimes it could be a little noisy (this is unfortunately one of the backside of being in the city center). Our hotel have different category rooms. Rooms with competitive price are a little smaller compared to others. Size and other information are visible online. Our beds have duvet, which is quite common in Italy, but it also possible a bedcover with blanket if preferred. Rooms are also provided with different sockets and upon demand we supply a multiple-plug. Thank you for staying with us. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you on a future occasion. Kind regards, The Direction

First off...Sara is the Best! She helped us with everything. English is better than many Americans( I know that's not saying a lot, and I don't mean that as a cut to her). This was our first stop for this trip to Italy and she was so helpful. Restaurants, trains and things to see. Probably the Best location in Verona. We leaned out our window and there was the Church and clock-tower in the Piazza delle Erbe. The center of old city Verona. Room was fine...a little plain but bed was good, bathroom fine and very clean. Breakfast was good. Because the Hotel is so close to the Piazza the vendors start setting up at 7 AM and will wake you up...reason for 4 not 5. I would recommend to any tourist.

Dear Mr. John, many thanks for your visit and for leaving such a brilliant review behind. We are very happy to hear that your first stop in Italy was at the Hotel Aurora, and that it has been very enjoyable not only because of the location, but also because of the help and professionality of our staff. (Thank you for the kind words addressed to the reception’ staff). Our hotel is located in the center of the old city. Square Erbe with its cheerful, colorful market and the gorgeous Lamberti tower are just in front of us, while the rest of the attractions are a few steps away. Everything is simply next door and easy to be reached. Thank you for recommending our hotel and for your visit. We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back one day! Kind regards, The Direction

We stayed in the Hotel Aurora during 7 days. Excellent location. Several minutes walk to all interesting and special points of Verona. Taxi near entrance to hotel. Of cause, because so central location, there was noisy. Especially at Saturday and Sunday. But it is central location. Additional point - reception situated in the first floor. From this floor there is lift, but from entrance you have to climb the stairs. But staff give us possibility to enter via another door with less stairs. It is really family hotel. The staff were so friendly. All our questions and requests were answered immediately. In any language: English, Russian. Especially we want to note the friendly attitude and help of Elena. Order a taxi, order excursions, recommendations on visiting restaurants, pastry shops,site-seeing. Room was small, but comfortable, excellent bed, good bath facilities. Several times a week the linens was changed, towels were changed every day. Staying in Aurora Hotel was one of the best in our trips. Thank you.

Dear Mrs. Ilia, thank you for staying with us and for your terrific review. It is so nice to hear that you have enjoyed your stay at the Hotel Aurora, because of the excellent location and the assistance of our staff. Major sightseeing are a few steps away and the taxi rank is almost at the hotel’s entrance. Our hotel is placed in an historical building but it has been entirely renovated. Unfortunately, the main entrance is through a stairs (lift from the 1st floor only as per web site). We are happy that you have found the room to be comfortable with an excellent bed (we have actually orthopedic beds). Thank you for the kind words addressed to our team. We really hope you will keep good memories of your stay for long, and may those memories take you back one day to us. Kind regards, The Direction
