Our group had a total of 8 or 9 rooms at this hotel. It is important to note that the entry is a little hidden, and there is a spiral staircase up to the first floor where the front desk is located (no elevator). Even with heavy luggage this was okay because there was a

Dear Mr. Jiggersjnr, thank you very much for such a lovely review and for recommending the Hotel Aurora. We are really happy to hear you had a pleasant stay, that you have appreciated the assistance of our staff and our breakfast in particular. Our position is very central, not far away from the romantic house of Romeo & Juliet and of course the other major attractions. We really hope you will keep good memories of your stay for long, and may those memories take the “four friends” back to us one day! Kind regards, The Direction

Dear Mrs. Jow455, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know you have been wonderful surprised by Verona also with the help our staff, who is always willing to support and give information to our single guests. Please note when you have made the reservation, our rooms’ rates were related to the rooms‘ rates of other hotels with the same category in the historical centre of Verona. Hotel Aurora is a 3 stars hotel. Amenities such as fridge, iron, coffee/tea facilities making, aren't compulsory to be in the room for our category. Nevertheless, upon request we provide in the room, drinks with no extra charge for the service, and we supply an iron as well. It is hard to imagine how safes in the rooms can be taken away, considering their size, weight and our reception service available 24 hours. Anyway for those who wish, we give the possibility of leaving valuables at the front desk. We would like to inform you, that in our country especially in small hotels, it is quite common to leave keys at the front desk. This prevent single guests to have bad experiences when they loose their keys with the name of the hotel and room number in bars or shops around the city. This is therefore a way of security for all guests of the hotel. Hotel Aurora is inside and historical building of 500th century. It has been recently renovated but some characteristics like the stairs entrance cannot be changed (Lift available from the 1st floor only = information visible on website). Sometimes when making reservations in a hurry, it may happen that people do not pay attention to details which make the difference of choosing one hotel instead of another. Should you come back to Verona and should you chose us again, we suggest you next time to contact our reception department to be aware of special offers available at the time of booking. We hope to welcome you again. With our best regards. The Direction

It is so nice to know that you have enjoyed your stay, and you liked in particular the room and our terrace overlooking the beautiful P.zza Erbe. Yes, the square is the middle of the action since ever, as matter of fact here there was the roman forum! Thank you for recommending us. We hope it won’t take too long until we will see you again!! Kind regards, The Direction
