Loved the hotel, a really smart and tidy hotel in a great location with great facilities and top quality breakfast offering. Loved every bit of it and only negative was the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but the next person may find it spot on. Service was great and all the staff were extremely helpful and...

We were a large group of 18 wine enthusiasts staying for 3 nights. Our first tour to the Veneto area and we wanted a hotel to match up to the one we normally use in Chianti - comfortable, one where everyone felt at home so neither too large or small and where people could easily walk out at the end...

Ideal central location for visiting Verona. The hotel information is misleading, there is no onsite car parking. The hotel offers car parking facilities at a cost of 30 Euros per day. This involves a member of staff taking your car to a "garage". Notice has to be given if the car is needed. There are cheaper public car parks near...

This hotel was so nice: The rooms are beautiful, just as the city :) The ordinary doublebed rooms have a vary nice shower, where you can choose various settings. In the Suites there is even a whirlpool (size of a bathtub). Also the staff is really nice. It is an expensive hotel but the price - performance ratio is adequate!

I was there with my wife. The hotel is in the heart of Verona, few minutes walking to Romeo & Juliet house and close by the Antica Porta Leona built up by the Romans. The building is very nice, completely renewed and the rooms are clean and new. The people at reception are kind and efficient. I suggest for all...

We stayed here for two nights in May. From the beginning when we were sent very easy specific instructions about how and where to park, our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and everything was very clean. The only drawback may be that the windows in our room...

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June and loved the convenience of the location, the room itself (wonderful bathroom) and the spa facilities. The staff were friendly And helpful- we enjoyed their recommendations for restaurants. Our only negative was the lack of access to an iron but it was explained that this would contravene safety rules.

This hotel is in a perfect location walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and bars. A few minutes walk from Juliette's house. Friendly, helpful staff. The lovely spa is very quiet and relaxing perfect for a rainy day or after a day sightseeing. Breakfast quite basic but fine.
