Great location near Arena, public parking garage is accross the street. The staff is friendly. The hotel have acutally two locations, the main building and additional rooms in other building accros the street. We slept in other building. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

When I missed my train and had to get a hotel at the last minute late at night, I called a friend who lives in Verona and he told me to stay here. What a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, so you can walk to most sites. It also has great service, and everyone speaks English. The rooms,... More

Really nice and beautiful hotel! The breakfast is very good. It's in a great location. The staff is super nice and very helpful! We needed a hotel to stay at the last minute and this was perfect. They worked with us and for us a good price room right away.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with good recommendations of all types. Would recommend this hotel to others. The room was comfortable if any thing a bit small, however I understand that this is not unusual. We did have some large suitcases that were a bit difficult to find an out of the way spot, which was really the... More

In this beautiful city this is a great central location, while the hotel is what I would call typical in amenities for this price point in Italy, the front staff were wonderfully helpful, at check in they took time to go over maps to point out lovely things to see and walk to. a private guide we had hired separately... Yes, the location is central but that's about it. A McDonald's branch is in the same building. The hotel seems to have a problem with their drainage system. In the morning when I first entered the bathroom it smelled awful. I mean seriously awful. After having a shower I had to wipe the floor for 10 minutes as it was... More

This was my 3rd trip to Verona and my third stay at the Hotel Mastino (end Sept 2016). I made my booking in February 2016 and booked the apartment as all rooms in the hotel were full. The apartment also has an ideal location and is actually in a quieter area and only 5 mins walk to Piazza Bra. Unfortunately,... More

- Very good location. - Close to downtown and all by foot. - Pizzerias and some bars around the corner. - Public parking is available in the neighborhood, 3 minutes walk and costs 18€ per day. - Wifi available in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was very good for a 3 star hotel. - Photos published are not accurate.... More

This hotel has *only* a good location. Infrastructures are horrible, service is non-existent : we had no hot water in the morning, there were only 3 waitresses in the breakfast area for more than 30 people having breakfast (constantly missing spoons and cups and forks in the breakfast). The photos from the hotel on tripadvisor are NOT the real deal:... More
