Luxury villa stay just outside Verona. My wife & I had a fantastic 6 night stay - it was such a magical experience. Very relaxing by the pool & 15 min stroll down the hill into Verona. We stayed 2 nights in July 2022 at this wonderful hotel a mile or so in the hills outside the centre of Verona. The brand-new hotel (only opened a year ago) is truly outstanding, combining top-notch facilities with modern elegance and luxury. There are excellent indoor and outdoor pools, a small spa, and wonderful views from lovely terraces. Our room was great. The staff are tremendously kind and helpful, breakfast superb, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I returned. A nine-room gem.

Had the most magical stay at villa dei Gelsi, from the beautiful room, to the lovely pool/spa, delicious fresh food, and most importantly, the wonderful staff, not a single thing was below excellent. I am almost loathe to post how fabulous our stay was for fear too many others will discover this fabulous place and I’ll never be able to come back because there will be no room. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back (if I can!)

Can’t recommend highly enough, superb facilities (rooms, pools, terrace with views), caring and incredibly helpful staff who genuinely can’t do enough for their guests, delicious breakfast (and other food), couldn’t be better! if you’re looking for a relaxing base while visiting Verona you’ve just found the perfect answer.

With just a few rooms, it’s a very nice stay in the hills near Verona. There is a nice outdoor And indoor pool with jacuzzi . Near the pool are sunbeds and lounge areas. Rooms are nicely decorated and have spacious showers. Breakfast is excellent.

We spent a week in May in this lovely 9 room boutique hotel with my husband and I would love to come back. Rooms, pool area and hotel itself was very nice, clean and modern. Staff was really friendly and they did their utmost to make us feel cozy and simultousneously well served. All our expectations were exceded. There was only one more couple in the hotel at the same time so we felt like having a private hotel. There is a 2 km walk to downtown and no restaurant in the hotel, but one evening hotel staff ordered us pizza and served us some salaf by the pool as we didn’t want to wlk to downtown. Also massage in the garden ws arranged as wished. I can highly recommend this hotel😊

This is a private and peaceful boutique hotel on the hills of Verona. Traditional building with modern touch. Great base for day trips with a nice pool area. Very friendly service. Only 9 rooms available and owners live on premises. There is no restaurant, but there are wide selection of drinks available and staff ready to arrange snacks to eat.

The hotel had just opened, so we were one of the only ones and we got all the attention from the staff. The indoor and outdoor pool were beautiful as well as the room! The service was lovely and the food and drinks were nice. It is just outside Verona and you can easily get there by taxi. We will definitely come back here.
