my boyfriend and I stayed there last week in occasion of the Opera. its location is pretty good: 10 minutes' walk from the Porta Nuova train station and less than 5 from the Arena.

This is by far the best deal two steps away from the Arena, nice, clean, affordable. Only downside are the vagrants in the back alley, Just bring a Bat along with you,,, problem solved.
